Itll hit the strut at that offset with a 9 inch rim.I have pics on my home computer of a prefacelift E30 with 10s on the rear, when I get home I will post them for you Brockie Edit: Heres one pic, the rest will follow later

Ive got 9s at ET10 on the rear and theres not exactly heaps of room. You will be able to pull off a 10 if you get the right offset and have stiff suspension so they wheels dont travel too far up into the guards. With a 9 on the front you will need to be at at least ET 12 to clear the struts, which means lots of poke.

It doesnt matter what box you put in, the only difference is that the 260 is stronger

Na still 4 stud, 4 doors. I think he may have done brakes, but unsure of suspension. Its still a major work in progress. Hasnt been painted yet. But its running, and thats what he wanted. Just wants to drive the bloody thing!

Stretched rubber is what all the cool kids are doing First thing I said was sh*t I love the stance!!I really like this car, apart from the bonnet. It kinda kills the toughness.. But each to their own! I like the fact hes done it with a diesel, its different. Keeps it slightly practical.

They will fit any E30 with the larger 51mm struts from a 325i. You can also put the 51mm struts in any E30 if the car you have doesnt already have them. -

Hey Guys, I urgently need a pair of 4x100 -> 4x100 20/25mm hub adaptors. Second hand would be great because I dont want to pay very much but Im open to whatever youve got! Let me know ASAP. Cheers, Jase

Yea as said above its a weight thing. FYI the 6 cyl spring is ever so slightly thicker so it doesnt sag as much with the extra weight. I run 4 cyl front springs in my 325i so that it sits nice and low

Check the offset, if the offset is too high there is a slight chance that the rim will hit the strut at the front. The ideal offset for a 7 inch rim on an E30 is 25p
