Hey mate. Shocks dont decide how low your car is, its the springs. You can take the shocks right out and itll sit almost exactly the same. A few questions about getting your wheels tucked.. 1. Is your car facelift or prefacelift? 2. Do you want the rim tucked, or just the tyre. The reason I ask is because the rear arches are different between the facelift and prefacelift models, the prefacelift has higher arches. If you want to tuck rim on 15s you will have to be incredibly low, but if you only want to tuck tyre it wont be so bad. One more thing to consider, with that size wheel combined with the rather low offset youll need to roll the guards to avoid scrubbing. Edit: heres a pic of a prefacelift E30 that is INCREDIBLY slammed!! Look underneath it and check out how low it is. (Note, still not tucking rim)

Thats a good point, if we use the car in the photos as an example it pulls it off pretty well!

Get some adjustable top mounts for the front shocks and dial in some more camber to tuck the top of the wheels under. Run a 205 at the front. Roll the guards. Short of changing your front springs/shocks to something stiffer theres nothing else you can really do. From experience Ive noticed that when you pull into driveways and the car gets on funny angles you cant use full lock, youve just got to be careful and get a feel for how much to turn in.

I ran 18s before the 16s Ive got now and IMO it looked sweet. But definitely 16s FTW
