I spotted bmw open series on tv today. Was a bit random. I think it was on speedfactor.
-
wow, never seen an E30 without a radio, other than the South Auckland Edition.

If the whole thing is going to cost more than $2000 or 2500 incl parts and labour etc. you should probably look into the option of buying another car as there is plenty out there around htat price.

Haha Graham, anythings possible in Papakura. Hell our Police station isnt open night/weekends.

Voted for Ant, ginger mo is more of a disgrace than a win.

Maybe its just me but I really think your jumping in the deep end before ya learn to swim and need to do more research before you even attempt this project. You have bigger issues with wiring and electrics than you will mounting the engine. Its all good and done having the engine in there, but wiring could be twice that price to get the car all up and running. RB30 I'd assume is going to cost you a good 5-6k at least just to get it running.

I'm torn between E34 and E39, couldnt decide, ended up putting the E39 for V8 goodness.

I'd take it. You never get an offer close to that ever again. Tell him $25k deposit, delivery in 3 weeks.

interesting to see that "just got a WOF, no dramas" when A) the brake pad wear sensor light is showing and also considering carjam shows it as "The WOF expires in 2 weeks (5th December 2009). Last inspection was successful on 5th June 2009." Its like he just predicted the future.
-
looks pretty clean but I see a few potential problems - brake pad wear sensor has been tripped. and correct me if I'm wrong but I believe e30's work better with a viscous fan? maybe my eyes decieve me.
