Goodridge do braided brake lines for E30, i think mine were $275.00 for a set front / rear. I think they're road legal as well.

Shocks: Would probably look at Bilsteins first, Koni's second. Adjustable is good but might be overkill for the price you pay. Hawk HP+ brakepads (road/race) or if you want to go the full haul get Ferodo DS3000 - standard brake discs should be fine, always pays to have them skimmed. Braided brake lines, either custom made or a brand like goodridge. Tyres wise: Toyo R888 or RA1's Upgrade zaust? intake.. then get it on Gavins Dyno @ Hivelocity.

I dont think anyt of those mods will affect the proformence of your car.

aw crap, looked into it a little more they're 35pp offset. I wonder if I'll need spacers.

I have some 15x7 rims that I'm looking at putting on my car, currently have no tires. They're not specifically designed for bmw but I was wondering, will 30pp offset work? Also do I need those hubcentric ring locators or things people talk about.

what offset are these wheels? do they require spacers? do they clear the standard e30 guards / suspension / calipers?
