Na the seats are vinyl.. not so great on a hot day.. the exhaust is a made to fit by a blind guy special but it will be gone at some stage (when headers are made.. Ian you still doing copies this year?)... my knobs not normally that shiny got it as it's heavy and with the short shift it makes a big difference still real notchy but vastley improved, I don't know the physics behind it but it does work.. thanks Andrew had no idea on the colour would have just said gold.. cheers Matt

The wheels where on it when we got it Avanti somethings.. The seats I got from a wrecked '90 M3 from Japan came with mounts took all of 10 min to fit and real comfortable. no offence taken m325i.. Don't know what the colours called but hides the dirt real well.. cheers Matt

Correct it's the exits that are diff on the exaust manifold, has larger diameter pipes and 4 studs instead of 3 (was a bit of a budget blow out when I did mine.. was a student and had counted on using the old exaust)

The throttle bodies are different the 2.5 is heaps bigger I had to modify the 2.5 one for my vac advance/retard lines (running a mod L-Jet system) when I did my engine swap.. the manifold is bigger too from memory well the bit the throttle body bolts up to is. Wonder if the 2.5 manifold bolts up to the 2.0ltr head? the exaust is a bit different, manifold and header pipes.. mine was a single pipe had new one made up stayed with the single cheers Matt edit; my england's gone to sh*t today... meant the manifold and header pipes are different. my exaust from the header pipes back is single 2 1/2".

Quaife = $1900 plus GST 41% lockup ATF = $2830 incl GST 41% lock up BMW Diff from UK landed $600, and looking like I'll get change no GST comming back with friends tea chest total freight cost NZ$45. Have found a few in the States but freight (US domestic) cost are putting the price up so am just looking uk. Would love a quaife but at 1/3 the cost I'll be very happy with the BMW and will send to Graham Clyde to machine and increase pre-load to 40% or just add shims myself. They are out there people and cheap..
