Have a set of 18” M-Pars coming, will do coilovers at the same time. Will manual convert later in the year and once that’s done I’ll just do stainless headers and exhaust. Don’t want to stray too far away from factory unless I can put original parts back on easily.

Yeah but look at them, they look like crap 😂. I’m the type of person who would drop $20k on a low mileage example (because I did), but wouldn’t look twice at either of those. Big difference between a cared for, garaged, supermarket trip once a week example and one that’s sat outside deserted for 20 years. Apples and oranges. Also, In regards to a paint correction needing doing, it must have been done recently because it’s spotless. Anyways! I’ll take proper photos and put up a showroom thread sometime this coming week. Yep, sold. I bought it. It’s in as new condition. Sure, you can buy a “tidy” one for around 10k with 100,000km on it but I would rather spend and extra $9,000 for one that’s literally in “as new” condition with 25,000km on the clock. You won’t find a nicer one.

You should alcantara wrap your woodgrain areas

I wouldn’t worry about failing a WOF due to being catless - I’ve never had an issue on multiple cars over the past 10 years or so ??

Interior all sorted for now. Next I’ll re-do the door cards in alcantara to match the seats and steering wheel. Pretty happy with the current layout ??

Haha na if anything I need to weld another plate on. I’m horrible at explaining things lol. The red dots on the image below are where the recaro seat holes are. I have a feeling I was supplied the wrong part so gonna re check. Edit: I wasn’t supplied NZKW frames, just using as an example image.

I mean length-wise. From a birds eye view the bottom two holes in the base are about 2cm lower than where they need to be. I’ve got a plan B with some slide rails that I’ll attempt tomorrow and see how it goes

The holes in the frame are about 2cm too low on their universals. Even when I asked them if they were compatible they said some people who also have Recaros up returning them for the same reason.. so I wasn’t too surprised!

E46 M3 rails and slider combo are $360 NZD per side ex Japan. Plus shipping and taxes came to around $1,000. Also they make them to order so a two month wait ?

Hey guys Before I drop around $700 on recaro rails/sliders for both sides, has anyone got another solution or suggestions to install Recaro SR-7 reclineables in an E46 M3? I've tried the NZKW / Scarles mount frames and even though they are universal they don't fit with these Recaros. Is anyone here good with fabricating a pair? Cheers

Decided to switch to 18's (thanks Ron) and ditch the Works - too showy for me, prefer the track look. Adjusted my camber to fit the fronts properly. 18x9.5 et22 Sportline CS.16 square setup, 8mm spacer rear.

As per title Looking for a pair of wheel spacers in either 8, 10 or 12mm, hubcentric with extended bolts please. Thanks
