  1. Thanks Jono, I may just do that on the weekend if you're open on Saturday.

Just wondering as well - can you rate a Remus aftermarket cat back exhaust? A mate mentioned they were pretty good, but I'm dead terrified of having a car which just drones everywhere, no matter what spead you're going!! Especially if it's a $1300 outlay!

yes we are open from 9.00 to 12.30 on Saturday. I wil not be here this Saturday but Shannon wil be able to help you out

    cheers

  2. The tyres are more than likely scalloped which will give you the humming noise. It is probably at it's worst at low speed braking. Pop in and see us if you like and we can give you a definite answer. Our store is in Penrose, cheers.

  3. I think its a great idea as long as its not stupid little things

Things along the lines of Marks bumpers,Nicks Doorcards, Whoever it was that painted the standard E36 wheels etc are all good items. They don't get old and people will read them in months/years to come. Far better than having to dig through a 30 odd page project thread to find it.

I would have thought it could only add value to the forum?

    exactly what you said

  4. Not at the TAB your not.

Bets closed before the first practice time which was yesterday afternoon.

My 3 bets ($10 on each) are:

    $6.50 C51-Murphy/Skaife-H

    $50.00 C8-J.Richards/McConvil-H

    $80.00 C9-S.VanGisber/A.Davis-F

    OH faark!!

Richo and McConville for the win then. I always manage to pick the winner if I don't put a bet on.

  5. I think the Jason Richards car will be quick

I think these guys are in with a big chance

Richo is always quick at Bathurst and McConville is not too shabby either, I just hope their luck changes for the better.

I am going to put a lazy $10 on them

  6. Sadly Jono, its advice far too many people on here ignore.

Too true, when you are young you always think you know best  .

I have lost count of the amount of time people come in here with dodgy tyres and wil not replace them. IMHO shocks are as important as tyres when it comes to safety. :)

  7. Do you have the centre caps for these? If you do, would you be willing to sell them separately?

    Cheers,

    Rob

Rob, I may be able to help you out. We have just had a whole range of centre caps land. I will take a photo with dimensions etc and post up a new topic

Sorry about the hijack Penry :)

  8. ahh so tempted... got 3 sets of mags in the garage already :'(

oh can you hook me up with tires? 255/45/18 :D want to change the tires on one of my mags

I have some Hankook K107's in stock at $229 each fitted and balanced. These are an asymmetric tyre and look very similar to a conti tread pattern. We have had good feedback about them after putting them on a few BMW's
