You would be better off researching before drilling man, E30 front coilover hats should be able to go straight onto the E36 ones? I think.

What are the condition of your brake pads/shoes to start with? If they're worn the pedal will sink quite abit, specially if the rear shoes are unadjusted.

Looks good how it is mate, mines lowered on Bilstein adjustables with Tein springs, rear has AC Schnitzer springs and damper control shocks. Pretty good setup, very stiff though. P.S Peter your car looks mint, needs a 328 spoiler though.
