Don't quote me on this but... The facelift ones have motronic 1.3 whereas the pre f/ls are 1.0? Oh look what i just found on wikipedia: "he German version of the M20B25 produced 170 hp with a catalytic converter and 171 without. It featured "885" head with larger ports and valves, 84 mm (3.3 in) bore, and 75 mm (3 in) stroke. Most significantly it had redesigned pistons and combustion chambers for better power, more resistance to detonation and higher thermodynamic efficiency. It was equipped with Bosch Motronic 1.1/1.3 Adaptive fuel injection. With a minor modification that adjusts the idle speed of a cold engine, the 325i fulfills Euro 2 emission requirements in Germany, resulting in a lower tax compared to Euro 1 (as of 2005)." So 1.1 for the pre f/ls, 1.3 for the f/l.

So... the more blue bars under "rides" the more warnings you've had? Mine says (0%) and has 4 bars... what does that mean?

I always spot this very tidy red 320i E30 touring on Majoribanks (sp) st or around there. They are nice aye. Quite small cars in person for wagons. Edit: Hey what about a "spotted" forum section?

They fully ruin the E30, howoever I was under the impression the americans liked them? On the tech you see heaps with them.

Yes its sweet but there are hundreds just as good. All it takes is some wide 16/17inch BBS rs's with stretched tyres, a fresh coat of paint, a bit of a drop, blackened kidneys and a tech2 kit... Not hard to make an E30 look schweeet

My steering rack on my 1986 318i E30 failed a wof. I have a replacement from Ray @ hellBM. I myself do not have the tools or experience to replace it and I would like to see if I can get some help through here before I bite the bullet and take it to the mechanics. I have tried Hartage (Ian) but he is too busy. Is there anyone around who could please give me a hand? I also have replacement front shocks which need spring compressors in order to be replaced but I doubt anyone will have any. Many thanks! Max. Edit: It is a power steering rack.
