I have a Corolla 1.3 2E as run about and it’s playing up big time, I have taken it to Papakura Toyota them being specialists and all and they can’t fix the problem, it has had a full rebuild less than 10,000km ago and was running fine up until lately. Can any recommend a someone that is skilled in the ancient art of Corroboration that will be able to fix it. Locally would be a plus. Im in South Auckland.

So that’s 152kw ATW, That is simply quite remarkable, over the last 7 years with the Altezza club the only 3S-GE Altezza that has come close to that on a dyno day was one that had a Turbo bolted on the side, im sure we would all chip in and buy your mate a box of beer, or five, if he could prove that or show us how it was done, even on the world’s most optimistic dyno that would be amazing for a relatively stock 3S-GE. Stock they put out 118-121kw ATW and with quite a few mods they might near 127KW so for him to have gained 32kw ATW is awesome stuff. Actually, stuff the beer he should work for Yamaha or Cosworth helping them design engines.

Jebus, beat that thread closed but open, this will keep us amused for hours...

I like it when the horse points at the lady and squints. Dam you I have it stuck in my head now.

A stiff as f**k 1050kg E30 with 220BHP N/A would be awesome.

How light could you make a E30 Coupe?
-
Thanks. I remember someone doing one in an AE85 a few years back.. well more than a few, only problem is they left it a five speed Auto with steering wheel shift. Would be nice in a E30 but would have to be built light to work.

Would love to see a copy of the dyno sheet, as would most of the Altezza club. If you can and provide some more info that it would be much appreciated. Have been to Altezza dyno days and never seen results like that.

I see your chairleading sausage Demotivational and raise it.

Simon, can I make a mold so I can resize it for E30's, we will make a killing!! Like the #plate. Brown2 just like poo's.

Seeing them put me in a trance like state so taking photos was imposable. Example photo for you Glenn. Don’t ever take your missus to the GP. Cheers Si Vis Pacem, I wasnt sure what it was!

Have toyed (pun intended) with this idea myself, its near the same specks as a S14 for little money, a major pro also being that the intake plenum is on the good side of the RHD e30 engine bay. They are a responsive engine and with a stand alone, intake and Exhaust should yield what Toyota claimed they put out from factory. Another plus is the availability of Turbo parts for them when you get board in a few months. You should pick up a good one for just over 1k.

I believe it is an Auto Union, what Audi was before they were Audi. Lotus 11. Yes, Rhino was cool, we were in a off road buss and it was half the size! C6 ZR1 and it was quicker than the F40 and a few other exotics, wicked car, best road car America has ever made IMHO. Was Melbourne Grand Prix, as some of you will know it is the best weekend imaginable if you are a petrol head, there are so many support races going on and things to see there is never a dull moment, the Australian Air force fly Jets and Blackhawks over head in-between races also, the Blackhawks were something else... the Beer and Whisky and 13,000 lycra clad Promo Girls were likwise good. And these are Australian Promogirls, they are a Bastard Burger to our Mc-D's Cheese burger of promogirls. They had so many cars on display it wasn’t funny, I have 1,000 odd pictures but ran out of patience.. A few more, loved the V12 E-Type, Exhaust tip was so cool Being Ausi there were lots of Holden’s, some rare.. This original VK HDT was cool. Fat VL Group-A SS This wasn’t in service as it wasn’t prepped for the V8 Supercar season but this is the safety/Pace car they have used most of the season. The Mosler GTP class leader, guy traded in his Lambo’s for them. These Exige are bloody quick, the red one was on pace with the top dogs. Unfortunately, being English and highly strung they required a lot of attention between races. The slowest car in the GTP category was this discussing pink M3, he was driving around at the back by himself most of the races. Was a disgrace to the badge. Shows how dead it is on the Friday, come Sunday its packed. They had the traditional speed demonstration that pitted this light weight BMW PERFORMANCE tuned 135i against a 09 prehistoric V8 Supercar and a Minardi two seater, 30 second intervals between each and all finishing at the same time. And here is a Camel for all you people who prefer wildlife.

20 years of grease spec ratio. I will get the degreaser on it then remove it then degrease it some more and then we will know.

Has 4 bolts where the shaft joins the diff. Will “pop†it out tomorrow to be sure. Stupid car
-
Has to be a 320i small case diff.. Will pay $100. Can get one from wrecker for $150 but would rather buy off a BS local that has one in their shed and want to buy beer. Thanks.

I’d take that silver jag thing, it could really move and boy did it sound good. The Rhino didn’t move much or sound that great, but the share size of it was awesome. Have more wild life if you are keen, was like Africa 30min out of Melbourne!

And a Rhino, these were impressive.
