If you want the performance you could just get a Megane R26 and chip it to 275BHP, will leave the Focus for dead.. My old mans a Ford man too, must be subconsciously programmed into us to like them.. even if they are quite average.

Free View has a superior picture too Sky HDI, I know because I run them side by side, also, its notably better. Sky only transmits certain programs in HD anyway. Free View now has Prime.

Sounds like you have a good plan Simon, it’s all about user friendliness, you don’t want to be stuck trying to get your favourite episode of Top Gear going due to it being complex. I have a similar set up to what you are looking at and its great, only down side is that old people and women can’t figure out how it works. Would be great if you could feed an external hard drive or even an I-Pod through the PS3, they don’t like a lot of external devices. PS3-HDMI Cable-AMP-HDMI Cable-Monitor = Win. If you like CD’s like I do, look for a Carousel.

How are these going for you Glenn? Wear wise? Im looking at having some tyre painting done but want the paint to last. Details of who does this would be appreciated

yOU MUST KNOW A BIT ABOUT e34'S Brent....sh*t caps lock. Was there a facelift?
-
Both I have seen are airbag, the later cars had a E39 style wheel.
-
I assumed there was a Facelift or a mid life change, looking at a 95 vs 93 car the 95 has a different steering wheel, seat controls and traction control, assuming there was a difference. Was LSD an option then? Confused
-
Ok so im looking at buying an E34 540i. Can someone tell me the differences between Facelift and non facelift models? I like the fact the older don’t have traction control and an LSD, do any of the facelift Traction controlled models have an LSD other than the Sports model LE (is it an LE?)? I want an auto, boat/trailer tower cruiser that can still light up the rears in if I want to, I hate traction control. Spotted a lowered E34 525i with 17xheaps BBS splits on it at the supermarket last night and I thought orwwww, now that’s a bit of me.

That’s strange, im not sure how I take that. I kind of feel sorry for the Asian. I have cold calls once or twice a week from Indians and Asians looking for work gotta give them credit for that. In my experience Indians and Asians are the best people to have working for or with you, I learnt a lot working with these guys, they never miss a day and are very productive in a factory biased environment. I also admire the fact they are efficient people who are actually looking for work and at ways to make money and don’t rely on our government to supply everything for them, they can make a lot go very far your average Kiwi could learn a lot. Sorry I know this is about funny job interviews

…and can we come and have a look at it.

Stance! Looking good, if you ever get have a few kids and want a touring… Its my cars twin in a coupe body. Just needs to come down a little at the back. Silver always plays tricks on "film"

Or a Legacy B4 3.0 boxer six, they are more reliable than the turbo and are chain driven, some good deals going on them at the moment too. Mazda 6's are not 10k and they are boring as fork.
-
Actually, I can se potential in those Heath, good value and much much better than some boring Jap crap wagon, they are in killer need of some massive wheels and a massive drop though. How easy is it to get mags for them and how easy are they to lower say 40mm? Tell the truth now

talofa lava, nÇ hÇŽo, howes it, welcome to Auckland cuz. "A lexus V8 of all things" maybe they are rare in the UK?
-
Newer shape Nissan Stagia's are cool. Sacked out Mondeo's look good. I ended up with an E30 when searching with a 10k budget
-
Ah the good old days. I had to watch a video with heaps of Holden’s in it then do a multi choice test and then I had to collect my pre-sighted certificate off a table… no driving necessary. Did anyone fail these?

Same engine as in the Audi S4.

OMG. How many times must the Genuine M325i topic be touched upon. Looks like a nice car, I really like the leather interior, so much nicer than the leather style in a regular E30. Lol at high kms comment, if you account for its age it has low kms. Good luck with the sale, looks fantastic.

A BMW can be ordered with whatever witch parts the buyer wants want, your car probably had the M-Sport interior upgrade consisting of the Sport/Comfort seats and M-Tech steering wheel. Nice options. Jap cars have funny specifications, I have seen 2007 E90’s with what look like E36 Steering wheels with no Audio/Cruise buttons and bench cloth seats. We have had three E39 and all were vastly different specs depending on years and options, our last had every option fitted.

Firstly the f**kwit in the van for not using his rear view mirrors, secondly you for not looking beyond the van. Stupid give way rule.

They are a very nice car, well done. The gear box in them is one of the only Auto’s I could actually live with, can keep up with the manual equivalent on a back road and has the tip-tronic around the correct way. They are actually better than a lot of auto’s I have used in newish vehicles. Check front control arm bushes have been replaced, this needs doing around the 100,000km mark, makes a big difference. Bloody good cars out of the box are the 328i/330i.

I think its an X70 Toyota Chaser.. But its hard to tell. They are like a Cressida. In car cams always make things seem a lot faster/impressive. Looks like fun though!

Been through two. Just chopped mine in half and cable tied it to the steering column, gives better foot well space.
