    Mags to fit e30

Personally I think 16's are the magic size I have 15's and they look good and i've seen 17's that look okay aswell but really low profile tyres just don't suit E30's, it's like the concept of why you don't stick low profiles on an E-type jag. The worst thing i've seen lately would have to be 17" chrome rims on an old holden torana that looked like $200 would be a generous sale price, why do people buy mags worth 3 to 4 times more than their car is worth??? My 10c - lowest denomination

Willkommen zu BimmerSport, Ich hoffe Sie finden was Sie suchen BTW, go to Germany, it's got ALOT more culture and ALOT more interesting things than America
  5. Haha, yeah, gotta let the key ring quietly fall onto the reception desk where ever you go aye American Express is the worst CC company to join, they hound people on the phone to join them and make it seem spangdangle but they charge the highest annual fee, don't have a decent interest rate, and they have no points or bonus scheme! VISA floats my boat :pimp:
  6. You have to admit that having that is the ultimate factor
  7. WTF??? Can you speak english please! Are you trying to say that the 4dr's are heavier than the 2 door and that if no one believes you to have a weigh off??? E: Hehe, oh, I get it now...little light bulb just came on

Glenn's correct on this one, the Landcruiser is by far the bettter vehicle and that does come from off-roading experience, esp. with the shorter wheel base version... although I had the 2.5 turbo which wasn't as good as the 3.5NA. The rovers have good axles, the toyotas have better everything else, and if you've watched top gear you'll see that the toyota diesels will handle alot more punishment than any other bloody off-roader. BTW, the rovers don't have very good cabin seals, ie, they DO NOT like crossing streams. The landcruiser on the other hand (with snorkel) managed to get half submerged, front of bonnet completely submerged, and drove out dry :mosh: The brand new Range Rover that followed us didn't do aswell, aparently they have cpu's under the passenger seat that don't like water, it got towed home.
  11. Just take a look at both sets and decide for yourself if you think it's fair, you can't really judge something without seeing them, just think to yourself 'if I do a straight swap am I going to be worser off'...if yes then it ain't a fair swap.
  12. Yeah, I see that damned M3 vert on the Terrace a bit, Tane I also see that black M3 Schnitzer a fair bit aswell - that's one damn hot M3, I wonder what Schnitzer mods it's got, can't be too much you can do to an E46 M3 cosmos... I think the nicest one I keep seeing is that brand new silver 750 Schnitzer, four bad ass peeshooters and some 19" dishes...premo looking pimp ride...
  13. I have two words to say - The Surgery
  14. It must have been microsoft Buy a Mac
  15. The Surgery They just did a job on my car and their finished work is immaculate. They're a quality operation and all their work comes with a 5 year guarantee and their cost is quite reasonable. Mike is also quite communicative about the work going on aswell. Get quotes from the different places if you like, I took a photo of mine problem and emailed it, the quote matched the cost so no hidden surprises. Cheers
  16. Hmmm, can anyone tell me whether or not the Z lever conversion will or will NOT work for all types of the g/box/lever assembly thingees, I don't have the manual to explain what i'm talking about, but it's what holds the bloody lever assembly in place and is mounted to the chasis behind where the lever comes down and connect to the g/box. Mine is the one that's different to Tim's and Tane's, it has a fork rather than a circle.... Anyone know what i'm talking about??????
  17. Bastard, that looks nice :thumb: :thumb: I just got my car back from The Surgery, it's going through the three step Meguirs today
  18. Cheap bastards haha, I don't have welding facilities so i'll do it the $100 way BTW, can anyone tell me which lever this part number belongs to??? 25.11.1.434.148
  19. Judging by that then the Z4-3 sounds like a good one to go for...really need to try out the different lengths first Got a pic of your Z3-M lever to give us an idea of its height in the car?
  20. Cheers for the Gus, do you have the part number for that Z3-M lever???
  21. Has anyone done this??? I've been looking at E30 Zone and it looks fairly simple and straight forward tips, comments?
  22. 14" replicas with 5 stud pattern??? Hello??? Not even worth $5 IMO

You need to seriously chill out on the homo speak sparkle, you're starting to scare me and me little friend, plus you run the risk of getting Gus all aroused or something Chill
  24. WTF??? That's a way cool feature, when I hook that up to my RC with built in James Bond mini TV, I can drive my car around from the back seat and scare teh sh*t out of people, or even better yet, I can drive while my missus is riding me like show pony :pimp:
