Just saw that purple E36 on M6 rep wheels parked in St Lukes. Nice and clean. Thumbs up.

The hub size of an E39 is larger than an E34 E36 etc... So E39 wheels will fit the others, but E36/E34 wheels won't fit over the E39 hub.

I'm not sure where it originated, I bought it from an E30tech member in Aus. Has a T3/T4 Flange, need to get a welder/fabricator to mod it for the wastegate. Haven't bolted it up in the engine bay to check steering linkage clearance, which I hope isn't an issue, but it looks good on the spare engine in the garage It doesn't clear the oil filter either but I have a relocating kit, just need to find somewhere else in the engine bay to mount the filter etc...

Are HID kits for E46's legal in NZ? If so, I'd look into getting that for increased visibilty and then some CCFL rings sperately? May end up being cheaper than paying near to $600 for a whole new unit.

I've heard of people using E90 top hats on E30's, supposedily lower another 15mm. Mixed opinion as to whether its a good idea or not... Unsure about E36 top hats? Are they all similar? If you order some, I'll take a set too though BMW PN: 31 33 6 764 093

I guess some people like there cars to look nice in photos...with flash wheels nearly rubbing on the guards and stretched tyres. And others, like yourself, like their cars to drive well.

Yeah all gone sorry mate.

Can't remember trim or inducer/exducer numbers but some sizes off the top of my head.. Compressor 0.70 A/R 4" inlet, outlet 2.5" T3 Exhaust 0.63 A/R 2.5" out Looks like a GT35 series or something similar. Oh and I'm just waiting on an IAT weld in bung as far as parts go..Finished the harness adapter, just need separate wiring going to the coilpack and IAT sensor and she'll be good to go.

Probably not I'm considering just waiting until after Taupo to put it all together.

Oyea and before anyone asks about the Garrett sticker. All these little side projects are a distraction from a more expensive project slowing moving along...
