Get a whiff of fuel smell in the car every now and then usually on a left hand turn i think.Not sure if it comes from the rear or front. Is this a common problem with E34 540's Any help much appreciated

Any help would be appreciated,have tried another lkm,checked wiring by left boot hinge,checked brake switch but still get those dreaded brake,tail,lic plate light up on dash but only at night when lights are on.what else could be the cause -

Segedins import a generic radiator in sizes form 22"x19"-28"x19"(widthxheight).used one of these when i put the 1uz v8 into my E36 coupe,just had to make some custom mounts to mount it on the oe mounts.worked fine,only cost $289+gst fully welded core not epoxyed
