not trying to suggest anything but how to know if that is 100% genuine? as you say, google results show basically nothing and I cant find any information about it. the hamann font looks average at best too. Still a very cool lip spoiler just not 100% sold on the legitness of it. the story from previous seller sounds like.. well, just a story haha

since it is such a new car you might want to try if any of the dealers would consider swapping it since as you say, most like it the other way around.

2015 JCW sold (withdrawn from tm) by BMW CHCH after being listed for a day or two at $37k. it had only done 30kish kms and it was the real deal.. absolute bargain!!

its listed for $14k not $4k and I reckon its just a typical seller not giving much thought or effort into the listing. unanswered questions is probably because it was only just listed and they dont use a smartphone so rely on dial up internet and a windows 95 pc. Either way, it is pretty cool to see a LSB E46 which is very rare in NZ and for the right price you are essentially just buying a shell to put a new (used) engine into it (no cert) and rebuild everything else (providing the subframe is not damaged). Probably not worth the effort since the shell and rego will have 300kms to it's name but if its going to be rebuilt anyway does that even matter?
