Hello all, Ive been on here a while but i have recently sold my E36 and gone to a E39, so thought i would introduce the new wife. She is a NZ New 530i Msport with all her Service booklet stamped. Done 76k and has a full black leather interior with the later Msport steering wheel. Might come along to the Cornwall park meet at the weekend. Anyway here she is. PS thanks to MSpec and Hotwire for Helping me out in my search!

Hmm sounds very attractive ( have started looking at e46 options due to lack of decent e39's around at the moment).

so does this unit have a built in GPS receiver? if so does an antenna have to be mounted elsewhere? sorry if this has been covered before.

Looking for a E39 530 Motorsport Haven't found anything that i want to buy, looking to spend 15-20k and must have 16:9 nav (to be converted). So if anyone hears of someone looking at selling up please let me know. Maybe Glenn can talk one of his customers out of their car for me

Thanks for the advise! your right PDC would be VERY helpful ... my solution was going to be installing a rear camera if i did get one without PDC. Pity i've left the search so close to xmas

Im looking to get an e39 530i my main requirements are: Motorsport Worldtuner with full 16:9 system (nav to be converted) Leather would be nice but is proving to be near impossible to find in a msport model These are the two i have been mainly looking at: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-319190141.htm http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...n-315970566.htm The later seems like a better deal but it is in Christchurch (maybe this is why it is cheaper???) Any advise on what kind of money i should be paying would be great!!! Also if there is someone in CHCH willing to go have a gork for me once it gets there to see what kinda condition it is in would be awesome! (i don't expect you to do it for free & if all looked well would arrange for an inspection by a mechanic)

Trying to take my manual shifter out of my e36 to put a shorter z3 one in, but cant get the ball part of it to snap out of bushing, have rotated circular bushing with a screwdriver like shown in guides but the damn thing still wont come out. is there any special trick to this? thanks,

I have been told they are factory "motorsport" springs, to me it seems lower than standard (idk about harder as i haven't driven others), jamex were put in the car and it only dropped it slightly more. Viewing welcomed if you want to check them out in person first.

1 Set (rear and front) of Motorsport Springs from a E36 323 coupe. Springs make car sit lower than standard non msport springs. Pic is my car when these where in it. Pic of actual springs out can be provided on request. $150

Hi all, So after the downpour at the weekend I have notice that there is water in the area of the boot where the cd changer is mounted. Car is a 96 e36 coupe with sunroof. Have searched around but everyone else seems to have issues around the firewall. Are there sunroof drains that go to the rear? The boot lid seal seems ok and the car was parked facing up hill so should have drained away from boot seal ok anyway. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks in advance!
