So baller man, color is ultimate win

^ If it's just in the rocker cover it could just be a bad seal in the rocker cover gasket or the sh*t seal you have on the oil cap letting moisture in when its parked outside/sitting in the rain. My car gets milky sh*t on the dipstick occasionally from moisture build up after washing it for example. Don't get too worried yet, has it overheated again since Sunday?

^ He seems to ship once a fortnight, I had the same issue. No replies to emails etc and a report to trademe then it finally turned up 14 days after I paid for it...Just keep that in mind. Pretty sh*t customer service imo for someone claiming to run a business. Sorry I can't help with a sensor.

Bump someone buy this before I chop it to bits to try and fit it to a RHD car

^ As per Polley's advice in a thread I had, I used spray degreaser and a water blaster. Buy CRC or similar degreaser, the $3 a can supercheap stuff doesn't work really - go figure. Spray then let soak in, then nuke it with the waterblaster, use a paint scraper/putty knife to help peel the glue off, then repeat, then once the glue is thin enough the rest can be wiped off with meths. Takes a while but the result is good, just be careful about shooting the waterblaster on edges/loose paint because it will blow off easy as.

Pics coming in a hour or two, camera had a meltdown - E30 Carpet Dash Mat, brought off ebay, had such a mare and forgot it would be LHD, so it's only suitable for LHD E30/E30 M3, black in color. Brand new, only arrived from the US this morning. $50 shipped around NZ Cheers, Nathan

^ I have owned two sets, brought the other off ebay not that it is relevant to this thread.

Have a look on ebay for what the original caps are worth. I sold one of my sets of caps on here a while ago for about $225 ish, cheap comparable to what they are going for on ebay.

Clumsy e30 owner who leaves his lights on.

Hey, I am after: - The support bracket that goes between the intake manifold and the rocker cover on a M20, must be the late rocker cover style (vertical) not the L-jet (diagonal) version. - A factory plastic E30 gearknob in good condition (originally brought one off a bimmersporter - no less, on trademe, paid two weeks ago havn't heard anything back, has been reported to trademe but to no avail. - A plastic factory E30 air filter housing/airbox (I assume they are all the same in regards to engine capacity). Cheers, Nathan

Love it aside from the gaudy gloss black wheels, in fact the few, new 5 series I have seen rolling around look awesome, huge fan.

Take the E30 to the Nurburgring, run a marathon on every continent, then buy a F40 and piss the rest away on gas

Yip. Minus a few goodies from when it was last shown on here, but perfectly applicable for daily duty, rust free also with plenty of new/near new bits.
