good to see some bimmersporters and club members at the intermarque at Manfeild yesterday,esp the AK ders with their mint E30 racers.I compliment all of you in my (albeit biased eyes) your E30s were the pick of the feild! Its been a tough year for me in the club and somehow yesterday made it mostly worthwhile.

cycle works or similar on the eastern hutt road,he makes motorbike exhaust systems,he will prolly be able to tell you how to fix it.Might be able to heat it upp enough with a welding rig to clean it out.Have heard of this when i was into bikes...Two stroke???

hope it all checks out Em,sounds like the sort of car you dream of finding(as far as oners go.I bet it checks out as sweet as. I bet your first purchases will actually be car cleaning stuff! Then read the manual from cover to cover,and start finding things out for your self!

I think you are missing the point.Wether you do the work yourself ,or the dealer, or an experienced independent ,or the garage down the road the servicing schedules set by BMW are a good way to keep your car in very good operating condition.Just remember though that people buying a car may want to see some proof that it has been serviced.When i do my oil services,i initial and date my service book,otherwise i make sure that the place that services does.To me its not so important who does it as long as it has been done,and properly.

I realised in a blinding flash that my OLD sony stereo has an AUX input on the back.Can i plug an IPOd into that?dont know what sort of plug it is.The stereo is the type that the whole head unit comes out of a "magazine" that stays in the dash.How the ^%$# does the "magazine" come out

if you had a problem with the engine andwent to the dealer who had to replace some parts and say some driveline parts too a 10000 dollar bill would be easy...apparently even the old s38 cots 10000 to rebuild.....in the US!
