On my car - black. On your car - definitely chrome.

Bump - price drop for Anzac Cruise - $130. These were sold at $150 to Andrew (sin-drome), but he gave me the run around after I had them delivered to Auckland for him AT MY COST and now is too spineless to reply to my PM's. Great deal, and you can see before you buy. I'm sick of them cluttering up my garage.

Must be asking too much. Offers please. I would keep it as it is in as-new condition, but I'm not running a standard airbox anymore and so it is surplus to requirements.

Just threw them in the boot about 5mins ago lol.

That 325i with the Alpinas is awesome!

Not your daily - the car you love, pamper, cherish and mod. I have a detailed spreadsheet for all my cars that details all costs, service dates and mileages with the exception of fuel costs. In 3 years of ownership of the e30, here is a breif summary: 3year toal/avg p.a Oil, air, fuel filters, diff, trans and coolant: $450/150 Other repairs and maintenance as things break/wear out - includes tyres and wheel alignments: $3500/$600 (last year I had a major repair that skews the total) Modifications: $11,000/$3,000 Insurance: $2,500/$600 WOF/Reg: $800/$290 Guesstimated Fuel: $5,000/$1,800 based on 10,000kms a year Total cost of ownership including all mods, purchase price, fuel, and all R&M is about $27,000. I have missed alot of smaller items like cleaning products and things I pick up but forget to put on the spreadsheet. it also doesn't include my own labour (probably a couple of thousand hours???) tools, and sundry costs (like hiring a trailer to pickup the car I bought to get my tech II kit). How about you?

Threw mine up there. 134kw in current tune. New tune at Hi velocity on 18 May. Will post new sheets and numbers then. Praying for 150kw, but dunno. Once I've done it I might make up a new table that includes torque and revs as the beauty of setups like say mine and Riley's is the torque.

m325i anything up to $9k. But they have dropped. Not asking the $12k of a year ago, and many down as low as $6k.

Have you driven a 318 manual. Not as slow as you might think. They are lighter than the 6-cyl cars, and without the auto box to slow themdown, perfectly capable. But if you want something with a bit of pull/pace, then 325 is the way to go. Oh and your 525 is probably similar in performance to a 320.

I split the topic so we could discuss this and not be off topic. How much power do you want?

That's normal behaviour.

Thats the smartest thing you've ever said. Definitely do it.

It's the light angle in the photo reflecting off one lense different than the other. They're the same. I should also mention - the indicators on the tail lights were redded first as per the photo, so appear red when on - perfectly legal. My new lights are the same, just no smoked as I wanted to brighten up the rear as I was sick of everything being black. I have also re clear-coated them so they are glossier than in the pic.

Remove the lower front part first. Undo any clips of bolts on the bottom edge and sides, then pull the sides out from the car to release them from the factory valance, and the whole lower front will pull forward out of its clips and it's off. You'll then be able to access the 2 bolts under the front bumper to remove the entire bumper. Once the bumper is off you can remove the techII bumper cover (or just swap entire bumpers).

I don'tlike all the colour-coding. Even the japanese number plate holder is colour-coded! Why, why why?

They're all airbrushed with tint, so technically not legal for WOF, but have gone through WOF many times. They easily meet the WOF requirements for visibility, but the rules are fairly clear about applying tint to lights. I've had these on my car for 3 years with no dramas. I'll bring the repeaters to Anzac for you bro so you can see. Fairly dark, but take about a minute to fit, so you can even chuck on your car to have a look if you want.

Don't forget your swimming trunks, flippy floppies and your nautical-themed pashmina afghan mmmmkay.

igrin up here, orcon in aux. Igrin is slow, but about the same as everyone else in my area, so is the lines, not the ISP. Orcon is quick, and usually fairly good customer service.

WTF? The guy is asking a legitimate question. If you aren't going to add anything productive, don't post FFS!

I have a set of smoked/blacked front and side repeaters for e30. These are a set that Ollie did for me when he was still doing them. They're in good cond, and fairly dark, but light up nice and bright and orange when on. Also have a set of smoked tailights too if you want the whole set. $100 for tail lights $70 for repeaters $150 for the lot. These prices are less than what you'd pay on trademe for non-smoked lights. If you let me know before Friday I can bring them to the Anzac cruise for you to have a look. Pics:

Does it pull to one side?
