Well done on you its not an easy thing to do. I am 3 1/2 years smoke free and was the best thing I have ever done (apart from having children and buying a bmw). Myself and the missus did Champix and found it to be fantastic stuff. Get yourself an app for your phone perhaps , we did and shows how we are going. Example below. Drop back into this thread if you want to keep us updated and or vent or want some advice

Drop into a dealer and they will be able to tell you if it has been done or needs doing.

I know this is an old thread however my 2001 went in for a warrant on Thursday and they did my passenger airbag. Not very proactive in seeking me out to get it done well before that and mine has been serviced through BMW since it arrived in NZ.

JaseNZ replied to hybrid's topic in Videos & Sound
Love the passion that guy has and as he was saying these cars were built to be driven. Just an absolute epic collection and very very drool worthy. -
Yup must have been a slow news day for sure.

I have yet to hear anybody say a good word about these guys. My experience with them many many years ago was the worst case of customer service I have ever seen. http://www.stuff.co.nz/the-press/news/70142599/GPS-reveals-mechanics-joy-ride-around-central-Christchurch

Driver had some quick reflexes but the passenger did not really seem to batter an eye lid and he gave the thumbs up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZomEHm63NKo

In 1981 I sat the written test , It was raining outside and the cop asked if I knew how to drive a car to which I said yes , He also asked if I wanted my motorcycle licence to which I also said yes. I was given a piece of paper to take to the council building I think it was and issued with my Liftime paper licence.

Just a dash cam , you can pick them up very cheap these days.

No won't be able to get the plate. Glad it was just me in the car and not the missus as well or I would have been deaf in one ear from the scream.

Coming home from picking up some tea and had this happen , took me a few seconds of the on coming lights to realise they were on my side of the road and what was going on, gave me a bit of a scare. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tmt_9Rx_skg&feature=youtu.be

Extremely Poor Experience with Smith & Smith
JaseNZ replied to Auzeras's topic in General Discussion
I had the complete opposite experience with them. Cracked windscreen , rung insurance and they said no worries they would take care of it. S&S rung me and said bring car in and they will fit new screen I asked if it was genuine and they said no so I said no way I want genuine so they said no problems but I will have to wait until one comes in. Windscreen although has a crack was ok to use until replaced. Took car in when new one arrived , they rung me back about 4 hours later in arvo and said sorry but the seal was not included with the screen and they need to get one in. They had already taken my one out so could not use car. Their solution to this problem was to give me a code to use with a taxi company until new screen was fitted and ready which took 2 days. Did a lot of getting around in taxi's during that time. Found them to be helpful and great service and they did a good job. Maybe that was just because it was the branch here, they would all differ I would say. -
hmmmm , i would say 400 pehaps
