Would be too wide to fit on my e30, without having to do a fair bit of guard work.

Yeah sweet will do. Mine's a tech 2 as you know. If I went with 17's, I would have to stick with 8.5's all round which I'm not sure they do.

So these wheels wouldn't fit? I could probably order in a set of 17x8.5's all around though. I wouldn't go 18's, they look too big on a e30 in my opinion. Definitely nothing stupid. Not a fan of stretched either. It would be sitting at a similar height to my old one, but obviously different car and different wheels. I'm after a fairly aggressive fitment, but being a mostly daily driver, not slammed on it's ass.

Hi guys, So I'm starting to seriously look at wheel options for my e30 and I'm unsure whether I should go for a set of 16's or 17's. I've always prefered 17's but I'm not sure the 17's will fit. The sizing options I have are: 16x8 all round - 20 offset 16x8 & 16x9 staggered - 20 & 15 Offset 17x8.5 & 17x10 staggered Unsure of the offsets on the 17's yet. Anyway what are people's preference to wheel size on an e30? Would prefer to do minimal guard work but rolling isn't a problem. It will be sitting on superlows when I have the wheels, currently on e30 msport suspension though.

Hmmm very tempting. What's the condition in them? Any dents/scratches? Kind of hard to tell from the first photo.

Same thing happened to my old gearbox. Eventually it gets harder and harder to get out of 1st and will need replacing completely. Do you have an updated trademe link?

Hmm I didn't notice any. I'll take them off again this weekend to have a better look.

Nope there wasn't any rust or corrosion, I even tried scrubbing it down if that was the case. Seemed very weird to me, as it was sticking out a good 5-10mm out from the hub.

Hi there, So I was trying to switch my old basketweaves onto my new e30 but for some reason the center bore was too small and wouldn't fit on the rear wheel hub? Front seemed to fit alright. They fit fine on my old SA 1990 BMW 325, and currently on my 1987 BMW 318i, but they just wouldn't fit on my UK 1989 BMW tech 2 325. As far as I know everything is all standard on it. Any idea why this might be?

Alright just PM me when you know. Price dropped on trademe auction, still $130 for BS members, I need these gone within 2 weeks! MUCH cheaper then the $200 and $400(wtf) ones on trademe in Auckland and mine have far better tread on them. I'll get pics of each wheel/tire in the weekend when I get the chance.

Anyone want to trade their e30 black indicators (fronts and sides) for my clear ones? Otherwise I will just tint these ones black but it seems like a bit of a waste of nice clear ones though so would rather trade these if someone wants to get rid of their black ones. Around Auckland preferably.

Price dropped - $110 takes them away this weekend for BS members. Pick up can be in Pukekohe (after hours/weekends) or Mt Albert during the week. These are nice springs, with a better, firmer ride then standard e46 while lowing it a ever so slightly.

Yeah just kind of an awkward thing to ship around. Might try patch up mine for now. Thanks for that.

Anyone have some eyelids? I'm keen to buy a pair to see how they look.
