lol sorry was tired when i wrote that i mean the steering rack off a z3 would it fit? but i think i have it sorted with a e36 rack but i am still interseted in the z3 steering rack and if it will fit, yeah i was thinking that was the case, thats good ill just hook it up to turn on the fan with the ignition or a switch on the side. some more work should be happening soon.

im very interested and this will not effect the m50 hitting it or anything like that ? im thinking e32 as not keen on porche crap aye just from my experiences they more pricey to replace if it dies on me hahahahah yeah the battery is in the boot but not sure about tank, so probably german hahahaha, i ended up cutting the tip of my finger nearly clear off so atm the work has stopped, but i will be pulling the motor in a day or 2 when i have some movement in it hahahahaha i have a new radiator that came with the car i think its a replacement oem/stock one. is this enought for the m50 and would it be recomened to go electric fans ?(i thionk this question got answersed before ill keep looking just thought ill ask) edit: thanks Guys im just looking for a z3 steering rack if any ones got and WILL IT STILL FIT my E30? people are telling me different things

hey every one my e30 325i Auto 1989 project due to certain reasons i have started my conversion earlier as i wont be able to drive, so here is what i have done on my first day removed radiator removed damage guard and pretty much got my engine to the sage that it being hold in by 5 bolts and is ready to pull i am doing the e30 to e36 power steering first off as it is stuffed. Whats the best ratio to get remembering that i will be wanting to put this can on the track a bit, and on the road? edit: some real good info http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....showtopic=21448 i have a really heavy metal air box does this mean i have a South African version ?(this would be cool as unfortunately i am to a safa hahahaha ) and what is the best way to get round the brake booster i was thinking e12 brake booster but what one is the easiest to do here is some photos of what i have done

F*&^ING HELL $200 for a fly wheel lol oh well i might just buy The.Tams 320i. lol MAKE IT AUTO YAY lol well something like that, but yeah if i buy the fly wheel get it lightened and the rest it will be just about the same with gear box so yeah ill post up here if i get the 320i and is it easy to make the 320i a auto with the 325i transmission ? if not ill have heaps of parts(waste of a car thought) Thanks Gareth

Sweet as man i got a brand new slave might invest in new master to then, but im really in need of a fly wheel If i cant seem to find one i might have to buy another 320i theres a phew going round for $800-$1500 but yeah if thats the case i guess ill be selling parts but yeah if i cant find a fly wheel by tuesday then ill be looking at a whole car and just sell part off it/make it auto if i really want to so if any one can help me out that would be the best thanks For the help though gareth

Hey there I am making my e30 325i manual, this is what i have sorted g260 box Stage3 Clutch kit (thanks RDS) Pedal Box (thanks tastic) Masted and slave Drive shaft (thanks tastic) what i need is That rubber dohnut thats between the gear box and the driveshaft(i got one from auto stop before but they have no more) Flywheel the gearbox fork that slave cyliner push to move the clutch(lost mine when transporting CAN NOT FU&^ING BELIEVE THAT) Im pretty sure that all i need, if theres anything that im missing there for my conversion just say and if i need it ill buy it from you Thanks GARETH

Theres one on trade me i think its from Ray at hell bm Getrag 260 kit for $895 i think its from ray I was going to get it but i was dumb enough to get a g260 thats in really good nick for $250 but now im stuck trying to fine a F&*KING FLY WHEEL i got pretty much every thing sused thanks to MAX(Tastic) your the bomb man helped me alot but yeah just keep looking they will come round and dont recomend trying to get things cheaper by buying from different people you always forget something( i learnt the hard way 3 times now ahahaha) Thanks Gareth

would the M50 fit on M20 mounts or do you need to use m50 mounts or is it a custom mount? im in the process of sorting out some parts to do a m50 super charger/ turbo(which ever is easier and i prefer sc) Thanks gareth
