Im after a relay for electric windows for E30 325i my car is a 4 door but only the front windows are electric backs are manual, its the one located behind the glovebox Regards Richard

Replaced oil today used 1.4 liters, Wow what a difference feels like a new gearbox, Very smooth changes, and getting into 1st / Reverse much easier!! Well worth the time and $$$

Its probably the "distributor cap and or rotor" happened to mine replaced both with second hand parts from Ray and never looked back!

I'm just going off what the Haynes manual states which is SAE 80, to API GL4 I've already bought 2 liters of castrol VMX 80 manual gearbox fluid (non synthetic) so ill let you know how I get on... should be ok I think

Did you roll start? or Jump with leads? when jump starting with leads on EFI cars you need to be carful cause too much current and you can fry the fuel pump and or starter motor relays! Check to see if they are ok located just forward of the main fuse box with a black plastic cover. Edit* but definatly replace the earth wire if your not happy with it and make sure you get a good contact to the chasis/body

So you think a 91-96 RS is Quicker than a 89/90 RS with all the extra weight and turbo lag LOL

89/90 RS is manual not auto and RS RA faster again as its lighter

Firestone in Mt Eden is where I recommend, they do all my tire repairs will not overcharge and Really Know what they are doing I just got a pair of Good Quality Yokohamas 205/55/15 80% new fitted and balanced for 190$ and a box of beers! Ask For Tom, Alignments are 50$ and money well spent

you only just got it right? trust me dont boost it too hard.. im talking from experience have killed a few... they are mega quick i agree with that but all that speed come with a price $$$ if you are not careful thats all im saying

Twin turbs right cut off at 180- fast but wont last long if you thrash it... give it a good caining and you will smell clutch, brakes and asb will fail dont mean to be a pessimist but its true and if you keep going engine will POP

Same thing happened to me the other day turned out the pipe connecting the oil cooler had come loose and yes it seemed like oil coming from everywhere ! lucky I noticed it when I did cause Lost about a litre of oil by the time I got home and could smell a funny burning smell probally from oil touching the manifold
