have got a 318i engine from an e30... im parting it out if anybody needs anything (only the head is stuffed)

yea, got off a guy on here, mint price! got tech1 front, back and boot spoiler so was stoaked with it and its in pretty good condition too. motor wise i dont hav jack lol just block, head, gearbox and conrods. so once i get the engine out of the new e30 ill get the block and head mounted

so excited... just got a new e30 coupe for the engine to go in

turning corners my hand somehow moves itself to the handbrake

Whenever I crack the sump on a speedbump (Unitec - Mt Albert arrghh )

i drive around with a worried face most of the time... i dont like the noises my car makes (you would think i would be used to them by now lol)

hey, need a new tophat for my front driver side strut for my PFL E30... jacked my car up today and one of the bolts snapped.

your right glen doesnt have cps, but i found the fault. it was a crap ignition trigger wire, was like a 3.5v drop or sumfing across the wire so it wasnt triggering at all... took a while, read the manual but i got there in the end and just replaced the wire

So 4A-FE engine in what? Beemer? If so then could be anything as nothing is standard OE

where bouts is the igniter box and how do i test it??

ok, so i want to see how good you guys really are.

engine is not starting, it cranking fine and battery is good. have no spark in all 4 cylinders (4A-FE engine), sparkplugs are fine, HT leads to sparkplugs are fine. What can would cause this, keeping in mind its electronic ignition.

im guessin it could hav something to do with the CPS??? maybe its faulty or something? i dont know.

please help

ummm hard to do when all u hav is a piece of .... camera phone lol. i took off the trim and flipped it over and it improved a little, but looks as tho the trim is upside dwn, but hopefully once i get the end caps on you wont be able to notice
