  1. That is pretty damn nuts...but I'd have one!!
  2. That is one really good looking car. It is great to see some really nice E30's here now. The trend seems to have changed from simply lowering as much as possible onto chrome wheels, to a much better thought out and (in my opinion) better looking E30's. Well done. Cheers Grant
  3. It is not so secret, I'm starting that as of 1 Feb 2007
  4. They are pretty common in places in the US. Surprisingly it seems to work well over there, but then again, they may be better placed there, and not so well placed here. Wellington St seems a stupid place.
  5. Can't remember exactly, but circa $700 - 800 Cheers Grant
  6. Sam, Gavin Bellar rebuilt mine on the E30. I gave him 260 boxes, so he used the good parts from both, as well as some new parts to get it sorted. My original one was still in pretty good condition, just had a damaged part that chewed through seals and it was forever leaking fluid. Cheers Grant
  7. Yup, will be at work on Monday. Have a meeting at 10, but should be back by 11.30. Give me a call, and we should have a coffee. Also I managed to find the anchor hole, drill through the parcel tray, and get the seat anchor installed. Took all of 10 minutes. The SAAB already had the anchor built in, so that was handy. Cheers Grant
  8. Hi All I'm not sure if anyone can answer this, but here goes... Does anyone know if an E36 has pre-drilled an anchor bolt hole for a baby car seat? I didn't realise that these had to be actually anchored to the car. The nice lady in the shop said that I may have one already in the car, but I'm not sure yet (haven't had the chance to look). Otherwise it will be out with Mr Drill!! Cheers Grant
  9. Brent, please keep your items for sale in the right section. Cheers Grant

    Big bad 22

Sorry, I'm a bit slow on the uptake, but Happy Birthday for yesterday big fella. Cheers Grant
  17. Oh yeah, here is my clean shaven face today. Lets have a weekly photo update from the rest of the BS Movember entrants. Cheers Grant
  18. I'm going for the straight mo from the outset, the rules state that no growing a beard, or goatee and simply removing some to leave a mo. Being folically challenged, I might go for the full mo down to the chin each side. This should give me the mean look, hulk hogan type look.
  19. Yeah, post a photo of your bad selves on the Wednesday with the daily newspaper clean shaven, and we'll compare results during the month. Sam, barring a disaster the first born is due in January, so I'm pretty safe!! Cheers Grant
  20. Please see below (this is the suggested wording for this type of spam...so sticking with it) Hi all, During Movember (the month formerly known as November) I’ll be growin a moustache. That’s right I’m bringing the Mo back because I’m passionate about changing the state of men’s health. Male health is a major issue, did you know: Men are far less healthy than women. The average life expectancy of males is 6 years less than females. Every year in New Zealand about 600 men die of prostate cancer – about the same as the number of women who die from breast cancer Help me change the face of men’s health by sponsoring my mo. Please go to http://www.movember.com/nz/sponsor, enter my Rego number which is 12714 and your credit card details. All donations over $5 are tax deductible. The money raised by Movember will be used to create awareness and fund support networks for those that suffer from prostate cancer. Movember culminates at the end of the month at the Gala Partè where I’ll be parading my Mo on the cat walk for a chance to be crowned the Man of Movember. If you want to be part of this great night you’ll have to purchase a Gala Parte ticket for $25 NZD (inc GST). Cheers Grant More info is available at www.movember.com Movember is proudly grown by Motorola, Polaroid, Remington and VB. Movember is proud partners with the Prostate Cancer Foundation of New Zealand.
