believe it or not thats still better than my 87' auto e30. but yours is a much newer car and should be more efficent. how hard are you driving it? those 1.8's can use more than the 2.0's if you drive them quite hard. arnt most pod filters ment to improve fuel economy?

Have never really liked the look of pods, stick out to much and with the window winder being in the way (4door), its close enough as it is. plan was just to cut the holes and leave the speakers in when selling it (hoping god i wouldn't fu*k it), but just decided to fill in the stock 5.25 holes in the front with some nice components (earthquake MC-5 really nice)

yea this one has really low kms as well. chances are he wants an arm for it though

i thought that the auto / manual thing didn't matter after you pass your full test?!?!? dosent apply to me anyway (did my restricted in manual, the piece of sh*t mazda you can see under car2, no idea how to get it off!). going for my full in a few months aswell.

im thinking about getting one soon... have been looking at the dell mini 10 for its sweet look and nice keyboard (92% i think?), but your right it is expensive considering what you get (cant upgrade ram, etc). They are also bringing out a 6 cell battery for this model soon, which would be worth waiting for. if you want good price and product try the MSI winds, very cheap and very solid. although quite a plain look. dont worry about waiting for windows 7, the netbook edition restricts what you can do on it (how many windows you can have open at once, etc), where as windows xp will be just as fast, and easy to use.

$5000 is still pretty good for a touring though....

This just goes to show how unaccurate e30 fuel gauges are. Found it rather strange, knowing my tank was dead empty, haha and for all you non e30'ers the red light is the fuel light

I Have just been offered 'EarthQuake MC5' Speakers as an alternative to the JBL's. Never heard of them before but apprantly they are nice. can anyone shed any light on these? Would just like to know what they are like in comparison thanks

Any one know where to get the JBL's? I ordered them through parallel imported, but just got an email saying they were out of stock (next pair would be avaliable in 4 weeks). anyone know anywhere else to get them, or worth waiting 4 weeks?!?!?! Might try that tweeter idea, seems pretty sweet
