  4. what would be the average time for an e30 to warm up glenn? mine gets to halfway but it can take a while
  5. sorry. 55L tank on mine my gauge usually sits on around 8-9 L/100km aswell once its warmed up
  6. i wouldnt say that i was getting over 400kms. but im a student and drive like a nana (this also means i never have a full tank to test it )
  7. LHD 316 in new zealand? why would anyone bother to import that? , even importing a RHD 316 is beyond me
  8. ouch... the thing is, that wing would have cost an arm aswell
  9. saw a nice looking 325i by the number plate of OQ325 (<<< coincidence?), around by addington raceway. felt tempted to jump out and give the woman an offer, but was too quick for my wee 320 and christmas has taken all my moneys http://www.carjam.co.nz/car/?plate=oq325
  10. last time i saw it at turners it had all speakers aswell, haha
  11. someone tell him that no one wants a 316, ha
  12. was this the one that was at turners a while ago? was going for about 5600 then i think
  13. haha, doesnt that guy on the telstra clear ad's call this cyber-bullying?
  14. haha, yea, second to last wins...
  15. thought it was from the UK? or does that just mean it was imported to the uk but originally from SA?
  16. get those BBS's and turn your number plate round the right way and it might just happen! as for me? no chance
  17. saw a tough looking red 318 coupe with (what looked like) BBS RS's down heaton street about midday today. couldnt get a good look or grab a my phone to take a photo, cause i was busy eating a cheeseburger. probably someone on here but didn't recognize it. Number plate AKS890 ???
  18. Dont have any amplifiers do you? preferably 2 channel...??? thanks
  19. yea, 316 was amazing, looked like it was being sold new, hardly a single scratch. Just needs a set of nice weaves, maybe a re-power, and a stereo haha Looking at the 325i its more the fact its tidy, with nice paint and leather interior more than the amount of kms its done, but being able to know for sure thats its only done 98000 kms would be a bit of a bonus. Plus resale to someone who thinks that any car under 150000 kms is mechanically sound should be rather good aswell... how did you find the odometer had been messed with?
  20. mi bad, from the look of the original plate (WW5444) it looked like it was nz new. looks like it was imported around 1998 though (carjam ). still, seems pretty cheap for a 325 with that amount of kms
  21. ha, and no rev gauge. but at least its got a clock... that 325i is growing on me. manual conversion and i could have myself a low kms manual (SA built) 325i for pretty cheap...
  22. just saw this and had to share. 28,000kms! how the hell is that possible for a 20 year old car (even if its a 1.6). carjam seems to think its legit aswell. anyone for a rust free engine swap? E: saw this as well 98,000kms 2.5 (manual conversion anyone???)
