  1. Anyone got just a drivers side, sedan indicator lying around they don't want? Lost the glass off mine on my way back from Ashhurst this afternoon.

    E39 Brakes

I would suggest you check the condition of things like pads, rotors, lines, etc. but I'm fairly sure the computer doesn't monitor the rotors. It's better to find the problem before you fix things that might be causing it, you might find it's a blown brake light...
  3. +1, it does look very good as is. Welcome
  4. Pretty sure it was an E36, seen it a few times now.
  5. Was followed for a block or so by '328 CIA', silver(?) E36 coupe, nice looking and sounding car
  6. Sorry, I got that impression from his reply to my pm. The cell phone number is also the same as the one in the auction that (I'm assuming) he won.
  7. Is it just me or is the paintjob similar to on the 1 series M before it was released? Where they're trying to hide the bodylines? Makes me think that story might be a lie.
  8. So I take it you didn't end up buying them?
  9. Welcome, I can recommend meguiars trim detailer, works a treat. Also, the jap plate surround on the rear can come off, looks heaps better without it.
  10. Just FYI, I priced up a set of OEM pads and rotors from Jeff Grays and it came to just short of $600. was a few months ago now though.
  11. Lol, just washed mine aswell, ready for oil and filter change tomorrow
  12. Awesome, his comment at the end is legendary!

    E36 M3 Sedan

Always loved Byzanz, new wheels look good. Which H&R Springs? Look about perfect to me.
  14. I think he was meaning if yours is the euro/nz new type one. From what you've said before i'm assuming you've currently got the jap one. Jack, your best bet is to go with new i'd think, or see if ray/brent have got one
  15. I had the same problem a month or two ago. I got a 'new' hedgehog off Ray and it fixed it. From the research I did at the time, it seemed the hedgehog is the weak link with the digital units

    Quick Questions

I had my mechanic put new outer ball joints in mine a few weeks ago, so I'd assume so. Might need a press or similar though
  17. Welcome, always good to see more Palmy members, especially E36ers.
  18. Is yours the analog or digital? The digital ones usually kill the blower resistor(hedgehog lookalike), whereas the analog ones eat final stage units(one in your pic) (pretty sure only the digital ones have the blower resistor). I'd pull the blown one out to check the part number, I think there are a few different ones, even within the same type
  19. Is that because of the sway bars?

    e30 key cuts

E46 ones will have to come from germany, so best to have a spare, as it takes a while to get here. ^ I doubt a key would even be half that mate.
  22. Have a look on ebay, should be a fair bit cheaper than a dealer
