fine, fine. you are right, I am getting side tracked. I can always write to him after I get the car and see if I can get them to write it off, maybe I'll send them my license.(I used to have an extra copy). Either you replace the word D with a B, or curses be on yer yapper blue, you want me to ditch another one. the guy hasn't logged into trademe or replied to my messages, waiting for him to get back.. But I thought I should report it. The whole thing is a scam man. I have been driving almost longer then one of the officers had held his job for. I have driven by that road so many times...I admit my driving skills are nothing to document or write home about, but I consider myself a good driver overall, Have you seen the asians drive in auckland? Something went wrong alright. I did replace one of the wheels a month of so ago from firestone(have receipts), it went completely flat over night. I wonder if the other wheel... besides, supervisors are only for asian drivers and some southerners, unless if its a female supervisor of course then again most of them dont have a full license.

i recall sitting a test and then paid the fees to have this converted from an international license and got this in the mail and that was that The License still says Full on the hologram but ah well. Who knows, guess I will just write to him and say there may be an administrative mistake somewhere, maybe talk to a lawyer and say I cant pay the fine due to financial reasons or I'll just give him the lunch money for buying more doughnuts.

The letter from the doughnut shop says this. And I checked at my license says something thing like that! 1. Yes. SAYS FULL DRIVERS LICENSE on the hollowgram. 2. There is that condtion that says accompanied by supervisor except moped/atv. 3. no, never had a ticket in my life. Clean Record. (They'll never get me ALIVE! Muhahahahahah!) I should just write to them? I dont know, I am confussed.

Yea it does But says Moped/ATV. wtf. But I am not a learner, I have been driving for a long time. lol I had my full international lisence converted to an NZ Full lisence when I was a student here. Never had a problem, Maybe there has been a misunderstanding somewhere. maybe I should try b. instead or talk to a lawyer? or just try a. and write to them explaining the situation. Hey Blue, how ya doing I dont get it, the letter says "We have decided to issue you with a warning of careless driving and withdrawn the carless driving charge". So he takes out the charge and just issues me with a warning. Yea I have a Class 1 Lisence, My lisence has the number 9.c/e on the back (looked up at http://www.nzta.govt.nz/licence/photo/about.html). I have held my lisence like this for nearly a decade now. I wonder if this is an issue of the lisence they are now trying to use against me, It says 'Checks on your lisense status shows you having a FULL lisense with the condtion to have a supervisor accompany you? edit: Thanks guys, I just read the other replies; So should I write a letter to them describing my side and asking them to reconsider? as a. or go in to visit them in the doughnut shop? Lol. But he pulled me out of court? They knew it was a overeaction which wont hold very well in court, so they dropped it and went after the lisence. I hear stuff like this happens around that that road once in a while. I am not the first guy and surely wont be the last to have lost controll or had something gone wrong. Thought I should do a follow up. Guess what turned up in the mail this morning! I got some good news and some bad news! The Police sent me a letter, seems they knew it wont hold up very well in court. So they came up with something else, sent me a $400 fine "for breaching condtions on my FULL NZ lisence" I guess condtions include do not call the cops. I have been Driving here for almost a decade, and i owned that car for 5 or so years. I want to pay the fine but I wont, my records are clean, it was my mistake calling him to report it as a good citizen would, but since he cant come up with some rap to put on me for sliding the car into a ditch other than this rubbish "careless driving without an occupant"...(What a load of.. )..then screw it I am thinking to take this up to court, he gave me like 28 days from the 7th. Maybe go talk to one of those free lawyers you some guys here mentioned? Maybe represent myself or have him talk for me. eitherway, this would be fun...

I'll take the blue one. its better overall, not as many issues as the red one. price difference will make up for repairs needed for the red one. I'll talk the price with him when he gets back to me and hopefully have it in my drive way by next weekend.

I politely told them how much I bought the car for and then said how much I am going to sell it, the rude fat useless big city slut kept telling me I cant do that, I told her to stop me if she can, some guy came the next day and offered me $400 more then what she wanted to pay. Sold it to him and sent her a txt how I had sold it. See I was initially gonna sell it to her even at her lower then market price(and wof outta my pocket unlike the next guy who paid me the wof and my asking price), problem with her was but she acted like some proud yank or pom (nobody shows more pride then me, but I tolarated her) however she just kept getting more rude and wouldn't let me come with her for a test drive (in my own car!?)! So I played along, let her test drive it, go where she wanted to go, let her get her hopes up and then I cut her off! I cant stand telemarketers and rude people, Thats why I keep an big axe at home. Did I rip the guy off? Nope, I got him a new wof and he was happy with the car! I simply bought a car that was worth 30K NZ new just 10 years ago, It had a few issues like a small oil leak and a few things here and there that needed some DIY time, I got it for a for a bargain, I gave the guy what he asked for it and bought it! Then put some work as I went and then enentually decided to sell it and made a profit doing it. Today that car is still selling for more then what I sold it 4 years ago.

Yes, down the line maybe when I get the time, and if I dont park it near allans house again. What they do is the same tactic as the old car salesman, inflate the price, that gives your inexperienced gullible buyer a feeling he can bargain with you while actually coming down to the price you want. better yet, put your inflated price on a sign, then you put a line through the numbers < like so, and put a price below for which you want it sold for, and put a flag "on sale today!". I did that once, Sold something for almost $2000 more then I bought it. and thats after driving it for 6 months with some lite restorations. I will offer him if he gets back to me, I think if the car checks out I will take this over the red one. ps: whats with the exhaust and m badge?

I got like 2 extra pedals on my 318is that i dont need, so once I get it I can just install those 2 and make it 4 pedal.. 1 for accelaration, 1 for breaks, 1 for reverse and one for forward. I'll take it! Got in touch with the owner, waiting for his reply. I dont mind the bit higher price if its the better car. I guess he will let it go for around 4.5 - 5K if I offered him. anybody know whats that exhaust on the back and why it has a M3 or Msports badge on the trunk? is that factory or did some kid just decided to put a m3 badge on it? I migth have to remove the badges it leaving just the bmw logo, maybe i will put a 318is badge on it just for the lols.

too many fly's in my house, had to start getting rid of some dead bodies and drive them up the caves near allan's place. mostly body parts of young curious whores and intoxicated tourists I accumulated over the years. So I figured why not use my tow + my bmw so no one suspects... the towbar has another use too. you put it on your front beam/bumper and no one ever reverses into your car without making a nice 3" hole in their rear bumper.

I am probably looking at around $500 at most for the AC and gearbox service. I dont think I like e39 as much as I like the e34. anything else you found that wasn't okay? How was the handling and suspension? *bmw lifetime fluid. hahahahahaah..... heard the transmission got some work done on the red car.

Hes says he will include the stock wheels and hes asking like 5k, which isn't a bad price I guess? (but really e39 price?) How much should I offer him? I am sure I can work something with him (4K - 4.5K). How much did you pay for yours, blue? Cant decide if the wheels are better over the stock genuine ones, looks like wheels I saw on a cheap honda once. other then that I really like it. For the asking price, most e36's dont look like what I expected them to be, I wont pay 4 -5K for a car that has interior falling apart and many small mechanical faults. So I figured, hey if a 540i's gonna be just as fast as a 328i, I might just go that route. Not sure if girls would like the 5 series over the 3 though. I offered the guy 6K on that black 9K one. But the he wouldn't budge. So Green one it probably is. @isis. Whats that? a 328i or a 318is? That yours and are you selling?
