My E36 Coupe Stolen Today from Downtown 'Secure' Carpark
TermiPeteNZ replied to eeee36's topic in General Discussion
Crap - very frustrating. Often the camera quality is appalling too. Had a (push) bike stolen from my work carpark and the coverage was crap and the quality was atrocious. -
All sorted with a ~$200 aftermarket regulator. As usual - more bust plastic! Driscoll Motors said 'at least it isn't a Volvo - the plastics are terrible on them...' I do have to pop back as the airbag warning light hasn't been reset after the work was done on the door Oh well...

Just had a rear passenger window stop working on my X5 - youngest son put the window down all the way and heard a clunk :\ Can hear the motor going so sounds like it is a regulator issue. At least it wasn't raining!!!

Nice combination with the kit and the wheels. Low kms for the vehicle's age!!

Welcome Graham - haven't driven a 330i myself and will check out your video

Relatively unusual model and I'm sure it goes great - it just looks a bit bland :\ http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-1119895413.htm The Trade In Clearance place seem to often let their stock sit around for a long time rather than tweaking prices and moving it. I looked at their silver X5 SportPac before buying mine and they wouldn't sort the steering column (wouldn't move) and let the sale walk out the door pretty much. "Would you look at sorting that out?" "No." "Seeya"

Seems like a reasonable price - includes the $8K!? hard top too ... Apparently it is a 'rear' car too! http://www.trademe.co.nz/a.aspx?id=1121173703

Nice Like your 3rd pic - great colour tone and very crisp image.

My mate's one went for around $25K last year ... but he did put up crap 'artistic' pics That's what you expect from a Porsche driver (now) tho $39K is an impressive price.

I'm not sure about the aesthetics on this (even as an E60 owner) but it is an impressive beast all the same. Probably look a bunch better with decent pictures like this.

Amazing effort! Interested to hear how things go with the supercharger!

2002 E53 X5 v8 in Welly - good nick & $5k starter price!
TermiPeteNZ replied to TermiPeteNZ's topic in TradeMe discussions
Went for $5501! -
You take photos then move away from them a safe distance - and then hold the camera in front and then take pictures that come out smaller than the first ones

BMW 540i Facelift 210KW - Pristine 104KM's 2001 | Trade Me

Very nice job presenting it! Great pics. -
Just beautiful - immaculate and love the colour.

Don't even think about muffler delete Straight through pipe was hideous, droney and headache inducing. Sounded epic under heavy acceleration but unbearable the rest of the time. Might be interested in the 18" Motorsports if you need to offload them

Welcome George!

Sheesh Zulu - that's a list and a half!

Welcome from Welly - interested in your perspectives on the BMW vs the other brands you've spent time with - and be honest despite the audience

Looks very tidy given the 230kms and and at damned good reserve price of $5k! Got nice big 20's on it too ... http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-1087767174.htm At this age and kms you can still happily chuck a Vero/Autosure MBI on it too... via MTF Mt Vic. Cheap, big and grunty - but do remember the 17l/100km for urban
