I'd get it one piece at a time and it wouldn't cost me a dime

Did they have 25xxx km on the clock though?

Should hopefully bring some sanity back to the market!

AC Schnitzer wheels made by Ronal were well known for being notoriously soft.

Great work as always Matt!

The massive patch of bog in the passenger door looks like it's only the tip of the iceberg.

Stands to reason the previous owner never used it again doesn’t it? Give them a call.

Oh my, stunning. Might have to drive over to Ranfurly next week if the weather calms down.

Looks pretty honest for $8K / 200km. Only giveaways are the worn climate control buttons and steering wheel, looks like it's done half the k's otherwise

God I wish BMW NZ had been brave enough to spec some of the batch of MZ3's in Evergreen

The MT1 Cabrio sale you mention needs a 'when'.

Andy (The Godfather) struggled to move his mt1 manual 325i cabrio for less than $15K did he not?
I'm sure I'll piss off plenty of people with this, but imho the order of desirability for E30's reads thus:
- M3
- 2dr
- Touring
- 4dr
- Convertible
- Baur

You can guarantee internal radius, and achieve tighter bends than with a mandrel bend. The Japanese tuners in the late nineties / early 00's turned it into an art form with intercooler piping. At this stage with advanced machines like a Femi Band Saw, pie cuts are a purely aesthetic choice.

M20: “Let me sing you the song of my people.”
They all do that to varying degrees, but that definitely needs a valve adjustment at minimum. 0.10” on the feeler gauge is correct but they get slightly quieter at 0.08” at the expense of some power. Could also be injectors, which can get super clicky.
worst case - it needs new valve guides.

Genuine F2AT car, but as mentioned, will be an MK20 rather than the MK60 for the dsc.
AW over F2AT is probably my ultimate M3 spec but really need to see some decent photos, that interior looks thrashed and those Hamann wheels could do double duty as supertanker anchors.
Edit: only 457 RHD coupes were made in AW so the number with F2AT is probably even a fraction of that again.
