Hoh. That F80 tho, hnnng

There are some nice E90s to be had for around 10k IMO. A healthy N52 is damn smooth and quite robust? Not much low down oomph, but great for cruising and not too bad on gas really. Great looking cars, IMO.

Had these 'smoked' LED indicators sitting around for months, finally decided to try them on. I like'em.

That's a great looking E30.

Is there anybody in Wellington (or close by) that would be able to reset an airbag light on my E90? Think I may have fixed the cause of the issue and just need to get the fault code cleared. Can pay in beers or w/e works for you.

Where abouts are people getting their BMW coolant from ? Through BMW ?

Cheers. It was pretty tedious work but I'm stoked as with the end result. Looks great in person, the pictures don't really show it all that well tbh, stupid toaster spec phone fam ... Also epic facepalm on my behalf for posting this in the wrong place. Only just realized there was a section for interior stuffs after posting sorry team.

Thought I would share a couple of pics showing what I've done with my E90 interior. The brushed alu didn't look too bad but it was a bit scuffed up in some areas so I decided to wrap it. Watched a couple of Youtube vids and decided to order some Vvivid+ 'True R' semi gloss carbon fibre vinyl from Canada, it's pretty good stuff. Used 3M Primer 94 tape adhesive to ensure it would adhere well and covered 13 pieces all up. Total cost to do this was just under $160, not bad considering the end result IMO. Am pretty OCD so everything lines up mint, no bubbles/wrinkles and she's stuck for life lol. Have a few extra interior goodies to add on the way from overseas. Here's some pics.

Coming back down the line was a pleasure. Car drives extremely well, just as I expected ! A solid cruiser. It's nice to have something with interior trim again Front tyres were a bit shot so I replaced them and got a fresh alignment. Also gave it a tender loving two bucket wash. There's a little 'pep' there in the upper rev range if jamming the chopstick whilst moving although hardly ever use it.

Hey fam New to all that is BMW so have been reading through quite a bit here, thought I'd best sign up and say hello. Just recently purchased a 2007 E90 323i Msport. Pretty tidy with only 62000k's on the clock. This particular one ticked a few boxes (stock as, low k's, black, non turbo, no idrive etc) and was within budget so I flew up to Aucks from Welly to grab it. Quite different to my old MkII Escort Sport and stripped/slammed EK hatch civic, sure makes for a nice change though. Not sure if I will put some $$$ into dumping this one (don't hate me lol) or maybe just drive it for a little bit and upgrade to a turbo diesel one @ around 100000k's or something ? Kinda really like this one and am well over the days of having to go fast. Anyways, here's a couple of pics ! Looking forward to learning a lot here. Cheers !
