The real M engine it should have had rather than the fake M hairdresser's one that it came with. Thumbs up from me.
LOL
that hairdresser engine that's stock is holding 850+RWHP while that "M" engine needs the internals upgraded to hold the SS power which is significantly lower
to me the last true M engines are the E46 , E60 - skip past the e9x platform and now the F series

This.
And the SD thing.
Prefer the netflix model where they release the whole season in one go!

RFT tyres are terrible anyway , if i had kept those wheels on I would of switched to normal tyres on them

Selling my OEM M sport suspension that came with my 335i as I have switched over to KW V3 coilovers
$500

Price dropped to 1K

Chris @ Autoquip is highly recommend , and his prices are spot on , one of the few Nz retailers who could supply me with parts cheaper then I could source from overseas , bought KW V3 coil-overs from him

Yeah anyways ... tirerack.com still have PSS super sports for $347 USD + tax + shipping each so looking just over 1k landed... not too bad for 20s. Will be here in 3-4 days. Then around 20 per wheel to fit.
Will be new rubber, not new old stock.
actually just banged in the full set.. $2400 NZD inc shipping and tax by the last lot of tires I got off them. Still cheaper than 4k which is what tire shops hear will want for them.
Nice, ya pity they don't have the size i require in stock
Looks like I am waiting till they're back in stock
What would the duty be? Also, the shipping must be MASSIVE considering the weight or is it not?
I paid $287 US for 4 tyres shipped to my door
-
Just order them and stick the standard wheels and tires back on for a while .. had to do this on my 330 with its 19s once ... you get use to get it even if you die a little inside.
Ya currently running my Apex wheels with the ToyoR888 semi-slicks , just have to remind myself I need to get some heat in them to get some grip
Not sure if they have your size, but my tire guy from fire stone would of got me a set for $1500. Special order from the NZ importers. Could be worth asking, he was cheaper than Beaurepaires
Would be keen if you could pm contact - thanks

What's the issue?
The OEM intakes have been proven to be quite restrictive
-
Tried that UK distributor (http://www.design911.co.uk/) , but their supplier doesn't bring in those sizes for the PSS :S

Cheers - I've booked it in for a service at BM Workshop to go over everything thoroughly before I start with any mods. I wanna get Ross to check out condition of HPFP, turbos, intakes etc before I start tinkering. It came with a transferrable mechanical warranty thats good for the next 2 years which will be voided if I mod as well so have to keep that in mind if something costly is on its way out
Although i'm so keen on an AA exhaust to hear more of that lovely straight 6 engine note!
You'll be in good hands , Ross has pretty much done all the modification installs for mine
in hindsight with the exhaust , I would probably get the BMW performance mufflers and then fabricate/buy the pipes here, to the downpipes - nice thing with the AA exhaust was it was a complete set

Pretty impressed with this tyre, coming from RFT's on the stock wheels on my E92
Nearly 2 years , around 40,000Km and that included 5-6 track days as well , got to the cords on the rears PSS (285/25/20)
So as it's winter in the US , tiretrack don't have stock at the moment (eta 30-60days :S ) - does anyone know an alternative place to source?
(quote with shipping for new rears was $970 US)

Walnut blast??? Sounds like something you'd get 'done' at a beauty salon

Nice looking ride, haven't seen many in that colour!
Watch out for that modification bug ! - would suggest getting a walnut blast done on the intakes before turning up the HP

Welcome
got any pics?

Had a similar issue last year with one of my packages - in the end it was customs who had the package and held it up without notifying either end , they classified it as commercial ...

Run flat tyres were terrible on E92 , switched to PSS and never looked back
Agreed with above poster, what they hell were they smoking??, maybe you need to find a better tyre shop to get some advice .....
Tuning stock 135i HP gains? Advice?

Would recommend you get a walnut blast done before any mods/tuning
(http://blog.modbargains.com/get-nuts-feed-bmw-n55-walnuts-get-clean-tune/)
Used the Hi-Velocity and Torque Peformance dyno without any issues , had issues with the dyno at MCR
+100HP on my 98 Map
+140HP on my E50+ map
But my 335i is FBO (full bolt on) - Tune, Intercooler, downpipes, intake, exhaust,
misfire's are the common issue once power etc has been dialled up - would check on spark plugs life etc (I just replaced them all before the tune/mods)
