Looks great mate, I also had some issues when I went for Alcantara shift boot and hand brake boot, went through a US company and the wrong items (and color) showed up, from Poland lol. 2 more attempts and returns had it sorted haha.
It can be a long road chasing what you want when it comes to the right parts for the right car.

Purchased some genuine BMW roof racks for 3 & 5 series, got em for a real steal. Now they just need a clean.

looking at reverting back to stock springs and have lost my original ones when moving house.
Have a 2001 E46 sedan, currently running H&R and finding them a bit harsh especially with a little baby on board.

Bit late to the party, but those seats look epic!! Love them man, nice as touch.
Damn short syndrome, I wouldn't even be able to see over my dash if I didn't have my electric lifters... hahah.
you could get a recaro booster

Not sure on exact model mate. I've had these seats in another car for a year or so, and love the balance of comfort vs support. Way more comfy than my old fixed back racing seats, and much more supportive than OEM M3 ones. Plus they look <3 in full alcantara.
They don't bolt in directly, you need aftermarket floor mounts, as well as spare seat & airbag occupancy sensors from BMW (unless you're happy to hack up your OEM seats). The added bonus of aftermarket mounts is you can interchange a variety of bucket vs reclining seats with ease.
it just so happens i do have a spare set of seat and believe the sensors are all in tact hmmm, i'd love a set of these one day...must add to list.

If you don't like the wing you definitely won't like what's coming next haha

Wow those look awesome , what model / type recaros are those mate? are they direct bolt in?

Hey Amber, how's those new rimz coming along, arrived in NZ yet?
-
sorted the random looseness in my e46 sports seats, little T25 bolt up under the seat back side bolster material was loose, bit of a mongrel to locate. all good now after puling seat out and tightening all loose nuts and bolts.

keen to keep an eye on this, developing a soft spot for E34's

I run the Nexen Nfera SU1, really nice for the price. good levels of all weather grip and very quiet. I have them in 18"

this anti rattle DIY might help you out. When i pulled my rear deck to fix rattles the double sided tape under the rear plastic trim helped a lot.

Dropped car off at local painters for front bumper respray, long over due. Getting rid of paint cracks scuffs and scrapes.

Cool beans! How much drop will you get from the Vogtlands?

began the fiddly task of installing baby seat rear tether brackets, whole rear interior out to get under parcel tray. all going well, fixed all the rattles while i was in there. Then miss drilled the holes for the tether mount, didn't correctly account for the shape of the brackets and where they would contact the rear tray, and now need a new tray or different mounts. I have seen some coupe ones that are straight up and down rather the Z shaped, will have to talk to dealer Monday.
Pretty frustrated at myself for that blunder

WTB rear parcel shelf for 2001 E46 sedan, must have standard speaker option holes. I have all hardware and just need the shelf.
Must be in good condition, no rips or missing foam etc, faded is ok.
Cheers

in respect to wheels have you looked at the HRE range?
They are on the higher end of the market but the classics range is to die for http://www.hrewheels.com/wheels/forged
example of classic 300 in black

I like the ambers on the Blue / black combo. They add a nice touch of contrast. the clears look a little flat. especially if your going carbon /matte black on other details. Or go for clears with amber bulbs maybe

I'll just get the legal type - no one will even notice the difference!
Still looking for wheels.. VMR? Seem affordably okay.
Not sure if you can get an okay set of wheels around 3-4K in NZ :/
Hey Amber, I can personally recommend VMR CSL style wheels, their other wheels look really nice too, their service was great and can ship direct.
Also Apex ARC-8 are very nice and light, maybe more a track focused wheel though, http://www.apexraceparts.com/apex-products/e46-m3/#.VkTG8XYrLDc
