Actually, when they were introduced they were in Camry wagons. Always seemed to be burgundy and they had the hatch somehow set at half open.

Nice looking car, I still remember driving a demonstrator when they were first launched, seemed unbelievably quick, which it probably was for the day.

He has the basket weaves with it for the new owner. The spoiler is ugly, but an easy fix (I have an mtech 1 spare in the garage). When people are asking silly money for 316/318 sedans or coupes, I don’t think his starting price is far off. That’s still a biiiggg gap to the last Mtech2 coupe (genuine not a hashed together copy).

I don’t have my address on for this reason.
But, I think this is total bs that they say they can pull you over or ticket you for it. The reasoning in this case is you were away from home.
So, if I drive to Wellington to see my dad I can expect to be pulled over for being out of area?
A civil liberties lawyer would have a field day if that case ever went to court for anything discovered under the “stop”.

Yeah, fair point, I guess it’s holding on an actual gear as opposed to the park “lock” shaft in the ZF.

Sorry, I wasn’t very clear, I’m sure it says don’t just leave it in park, but always use the parking brake to hold the car, rather than slapping it in park and using the trans as the brake.

Isn’t this the exact opposite of recommendations for parking with an auto trans, so you don’t rest the weight of the car on a small piece of metal not really designed for the task?

Has anyone brought in brakes (rotors/pads) from the likes of FCP etc and found an answer to shipping costs?
Parts are around $430, shipping is $550? -

Actually the Toyota website says 2025, not 12-24 months for BEV and hopefully a hybrid ute, not an EV ute as stated, by end of next year from the NZ CEO.

How do I get this thing off? Says it should pull off, but it won’t. Do you have to close the tabs on it to get it to slide through? If so, how as it’s circular? Won’t pull up with force, or at least as much as I’m prepared to apply.
