Well then no one is aloud them!!!! Man that guy is a w@nker!!!! out of interest does that incl shipping & customs etc...

I make my own exhausts. I just buy straight pipe and the premade U-bends, they are pressbent properly (hardly any diff in X-sectional area around the bend), not using one of the whory benders they have at pit-stop/midas etc... Just don't by $10 mufflers, you get what you pay for!! You can weld can't you Homy!?!?! STOP BEING FRICKEN LAZY AND DIY IT!!!!
-
is it just the black bit with the brake duct holes?? I think mine is still here somewhere, I'll have a look Ollie.
-
If you are looking for a nice tidy install I'd try and find an off the shelf exhaust system. Otherwise, get out the mig, chop the cats out & replace the muffler!! DIY stylz

Pic's damit, I want to see shiny pistons & machined bits from heads!!!!
-
Yip the luxo-barge sure does dwarf the E30!! Your wheels damn near come up to the door handles on the E30!!
-
no no no, I think it is Mr.Spock when he dies and his remains end up on that strange planet!?!?!

All of your parts will have a part no. on them, usually the last 7 digits only. you are still using the 320 ecu aren't you?? maybe the prob?? Borrow Andrews 325 ecu while he isn't using his 325.

I have owned 4 bikes. Do you have a bike license Gusto?? Being a 250 it will never be fast, sure some are quick'ish, the 2stroke ones RGV's, NSR's, TZR's etc... but they are no good for communting, you'd prolly foul the plugs half way there, and the sporty 4strokes just rev forever and don't go anywhere!!Best to look for a GSX250 of CB250 (2 cyl 4strokes), slow, but reliable as hell & economical, good to learn/commute on too. I miss riding bikes

Good Score. They look awesome with 18's on them. I look forward to seeing it in person. That makes 2 E34 members in WGTN. M20 powered I presume!?!?! Here's a pic of E34-535ti's E34, which is currently off the road (again, drive line issues).
-
Exactly Grant. You could get it for 1/2 your budget!! And with the other 1/2 you could put a M50 in there!! Drop me a line if you want to have a look.

sway bar end links??? Strut top??
-
Trust me. It is a Stock As Minter. I'll hopefully get some pics over the weekend.
-
Looking good Gus. Sorry I didn't have a chance to pretty-up the brakes, as you know it was a bit of a rush to get them to you. I must admit, I do like those wheels on your 325i.
-
Yet another, a little more familiar though. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/C...on-10834236.htm

Welcome aboard. wow, there is a 323i (non facelift of course) here in Welly, same colour, same wheels. Nice clean looking ride, cough ditch the wing cough.

The M52 was used in the E36 323i & 328i, Basically a alloy blocked M50. The 2.5 was detuned so the 2.8 could be added to the range since the M50 2.5 had as much HP as the M52 2.8, a bit of difference in torque. The M54 was brought out in the E46 & X5, which has the double VANOS I believe, as opposed to the single (inlet only) VANOS on the M50 & M52.

'85 323i 187,000miles (300,000km) RIP little M20, at least part of it will be reincarnated in andrews monster HP NA 325i
-
Are the ports in the head big enough though?? To match the manifolds that is!?!?!But yeah, the main thing I noticed when comparing the M50B25 & the M52B25 was the inlet runners & exhaust were heaps smaller on the M52 (323i engine), which explained it's lack of topend performance compared to the M50 (325i engine).
-
14" or 15" basket weaves?? If they are 15's leave them on for sure. Engine is on it's way. refer E-mail sent.
-
Well you see Sam, for user like me that come along and hit the "view new posts" button, it sure makes a difference!! Besides it emphasises the urgency of the sale!! Do you want it?? ooooh, free bump
-
What offset are they?? What size tyres will you be running?? 225/35's I imagine. Not the most practical of tyre sizes to run, you'll have to good at dodging potholes & catseyes!!
