Hahaha f**kin jimmied up on a bog roll...... Nice I like them, they suit the colour of the car. Aren't these similar to savini's?? So when are you gonna start buying parts for the 5 lug conversion. You want to see if you can get a hold of a written off motorsport coupe or z3
  5. Yeah man if you can afford it go with the higher octane. Better for the engine and hey you can allways replace plugs and sh*t.
  6. So have you got your warrent....?

    Unstable idle

    Idle control valve??
  11. Any exhaust shop or engineers or panel beaters.. Mate anyone with a gas mig welder can do it. As far as just welding it up again it should be fine. 1 inch of weld can hold up to 500kg depending on the quality of the metal. Just make sure you clean up the surface good before it's welded to insure good penetration.

    road trip

Nah man you pretty much summed up the best roads for a driving expereince...
  13. Cheers dude. Being drinking since 9.30am. Just starting my second bottle of bourban. Hahaha good old Birthdays.,,, just another day closer to death aye...
  14. Sounds normal to me..... Mate I hope you realise your exhaust actually gets extremly hot... You may have it sitting a little close to your floor. sh*t I've had inside carpet catch fire with a turbo vehicle.
  15. With every motor brand new or old you get a little bit or alot of blow by (unburnt oil that bypass's the oil ring seals). Usually there's a breather line off the rocker cover somewhere that goe's back to your intake manifold. Most manufacturers plumb it back into the intake in hope that it will be burnt off. This is what fouls up your intake. I can't see any con's to go with a oil catch can. As far as I know there's just pro's. No more shitty old oil getting sucked back into the motor!! Basically!
  16. I have two mitsibishi dehumidiers for sale. Brand new never being opened. I had bought them for my tennants but no longer need them. Mitsibishi 26L / 24hr $450.00 and 22L / 24hr $300.00. Goin cheap for bimmersport members only
  17. Haha I have the hose you need grayham ringing you now
  18. Here some pics of it all completed. I've installed a oil catch tank to eliminate the oil breather line. I've done a 3/4' burst perfuration and welded a pipe just on the under side of the intake for the main vaccum hose and plumbed off the evaporater purge valve vaccum line. As for the bend before the HFM.... I have posintioned the fin's at the top of the pipe where the concentrated air will be.. I'm currently coming up with a heat shield and have pinched some dryer ducting for directing the air onto the filter...
  19. Here it is all installed.

Mine friend has one. same year too. They are good on gas for the v8 and massive tourque that they have. Maintenance costs are high unless you do it yourself. As far as problems go... I'd get mechanical insurance if I were you for example a rear door window modulator just burnt out in his the other day and it cost him $1900 just for the modulater and we put in it in ourselves. f**k if we'd got bmw to do it the job would've being well over $2000. As far as pimp factor goes.....Well every female that goe for a ride falls in luv the the smoothness and elagance of a v8 7series. Tell your old man if he don't buy it he'll regret it ...........f**kin awesome car.. Bit too big for my likings though
  21. It seems a few members are getting sick of their old e30's. So instead of the old e dirty what would you rather drive. Of course money still has to be a option so keep it real... Mine would be my soon to be completed e30 with 92 2.5ltr m50 engine 5spd. If money weren't an option I'd have a e39 m5 heavely modified..... :rambo:
  22. Yeah I ain't sick of mine hell I'm just getting started and I've had the car for 3 years!!
