    wheels

    No, different offset.
  4. Saw this on the motorway tonight. Red E34 with flames on the rear, thought it was a ricer at first. Then saw Nando's stickers all over it. Badged M5. No idea if it's real or not. It did have the spoiler which I think comes on the M5. It was pretty funny when the car signaled because even the colour of the light was "Nando's yellow". Apologies for the crap pics, taken on camera phone.
  5. Sounds like it's been tapped into the wrong wires. Mine was spliced into the wiring that runs to the brake lights in the tail lights.
  6. I just saw the E92 M3 at the dealer, and it looked better in person than in pictures... really a car you have to see in person, it's so gorgeous. They had two there, one was black (Jerez Black I think) and the other was Alpine White. The white one wins, it really shows off the CF roof. They also have an E60 M5 Touring there now, according to the salesman it's the only one in the country right now.

    Happy Birthday mate!
  8. There have been many topics posted on stuff like this, try searching around. My 2 cents... I don't think you can be 'sacked' and LEGAL if you don't go with airbags. Keep your money, why pay good money to ruin your car's handling and looks? Save up so you can get a more powerful car in the future that handles and looks great.
  9. Seriously? I'll look closely next time.

Happy Birthday Grant! Glad to hear Ash will be ok.
  11. Chippy, new mouldings from the dealer probably won't cost as much as you might think, have you given them a call? If you want to go secondhand, I believe non-M and M bumpers use the same mouldings (check www.realoem.com to confirm), and just make sure you get the same type as the other mouldings on your car, there are textured and non-textured ones. Are you talking about the same part? From my experience mouldings can be taken off as many times as you want without damaging them. They're made from ABS plastic so shouldn't deform that easily. Just have to be careful with the hooks or little clips.

    " Time wasters "

I agree with the comments above. Glenn has always given great advice and is no doubt one of our forum's most valuable members. Glenn, how do you feel about us contacting you to get advice or to get your views on certain matters? For example calling you during working hours may not be such a great idea since you will be busy. Do you prefer to be contacted after hours on mobile or through PM?
  14. Cool missus I think Jared's car is violet not black. AFAIK, Wheels were different on M3s depending on the year, there's no difference between sedan and coupe.

I see... Still remember the time you gave us a ride in your car, it's a cool car and will be missed.
  16. Here you go, hope it works for you. http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....showtopic=13649

Wireless microphone sounds interesting Glenn, how does Manual mode work? (Mine had the snow mode like you mentioned) Are you going to sell the car after you get the tachometer sorted?
  18. Yup you're right, I used to live out east
  19. NZ New too? I assumed it was a Japanese import as you see many of them come in with ACS kits. Yes you shouldn't have sold it! Front shot is beautiful. You seem to have had your share of special cars, with the M3 sedan and this.
  20. The red one looked tidy, nice buy. Schnitzer Touring is very cool, I've never seen one before. And a facelift too. Does it have the ACS rear bumper cover as well? I see it doesn't have the sideskirts but aside from that seems to have all the goodies.
