had the same car... checked your ignition coils..if you've got zundpule or something sounding like that...you're in trouble!! they cost me a packet replacing all 6 of them.. but yeah clean out your injectors, replaced your fuel filter..see if that helps.

nothing is bullet proof..if you're going to be thrashing the sh*t out of your car on daily basis, the gearbox is definately going to take it toll...try it or lets just watch Miller's car...

clean it - cheapest option first or get it replaced.

i had a e36 325i a few years ago and now back onto the e36 bandwagon with an 323i coupe.. my coupe is definately way faster than my 325i...thanks to the midrange torque..am happy as chips the way it is.. if you wanted more power..you should have bought a 328i! how the hell do you drive in the upper range all the time with an auto dude? stick in 3 and 2 alll the time??

the m52 intake manifold is smaller than the m50. so go find an m50 engine n rip the intake manifold off. some minor fittings to get it to fit. that should release another 20hp and put it on par with the 325i and 328i's 192hp as opposed to ours - 170!

depends on the sort of mileage u have on your car and also how it was taken care off. high mileage and thrashed cars often require a gearbox rebuild. tell tale signs at around 150,000ks..happen to my old e36 325i - 3.5k later it was fine. The first thing you should do is get it serviced.. change the filters etc. cheaper than having it rebuilt. might get a good response from it. good luck

in Australia, all BMW's are tuned for 95 and higher and they do say it on the fuel gauge and the fuel flap. I think there might be drastic consequences for those that are skimming and using 91! If you can afford to buy it, please use some decent fuel in it!

went back there on sun (another sun) spent there to get it sorted. rocked up to the counter to say that im here, please get it sorted out and guess what, i aint on the list?! wtf? i was like are you f-king kidding me? i spoke to one of the guys the day before and he told me to come in at 12:30. he was like errrhhh let me check.. comes back..oh yeah someone knows about it...but get this, the installer is gone for lunch?! i was like why the f-ck did u ask me to come at 12:30 then? serious morons..this time i was really spewing... so i decided to go sit on their couches and hold be hold the installers comes back. sorted it in 5mins? i was like wtf? he wass like urgh its all done.what was wrong i asked? its beemers and the engine is connected to the speakers? im like.okie ure a serious moron, i had enough of this joint and went on my way.. the sound is sitll there, they probably just tuned the frequency down if you ask me... so know some good people to sort it, let me know.. why i didn't do it myself? i couldn't be arsed spending my whole weekend doing it when i can pay somone to do it in a few hours.. this what happens..lesson learned... so if you guys want to screw your sounds...you know where to go..i'll be sure to keep tune to performance car tv to watch these monkeys operate!

This would be my third time there to sort out the issues that i've had with them. Went there to get my tints, a new head unit and also get them to install my splits. all done.. found out that they didn't wire up my splits to my amp!! like who the fck wires it straight to the head unit went its rated at 70rms?!!! i was like are u guys alirght? radio reception wasnt working very well either.. 2nd time went back there to get it sorted out. splits wired up to the amp. while reversing my car out, they forgot to put my box of wires (audio bits) that i provided then with back into the trunk and got stuck under my car (low enough) hence destroying the box and crumpling the original speakers..thus fair go putting them back in when i do want to sell the car in the future. didn't bother telling me about it either...i was watching them through the window. all they did was just charge me for the wiring..thought fair enough.. while driving home, i heard this whinning, jet sound comming out of my speakers..the more i step on the acceleratior, the louder it got...by that time my bloood was boiling!! got home and thought id tune it up...but guess what..they wired my left speaker to the right side and my right to the left! real retards or what?? so i'll be there tomorrow morning once again to grill them..i'll never ever recommend anybody there nor would i give them more business in the future.. its just plain ridiculous!!!

these guys are specially trained with special tools to pull the dents out..its quite amazing to see them to the work.. im so carefull with where i park..but the minute i let my gf uses the car, she grabs the closes spot to the door..grrr..she can fork it out for creating it!!! :banghead:

Some useless mother f^% off a prick decided to slam his door on my drivers door and now there's a big dent with a paint chip. i cant bear looking at it everytime i get into the car. i know in Australia there are ppl that can pull these dents out rather than getting the whole door done. i pulled out 3 dents for Aus$50 bucks and it was sweat..like it wasnt there.. just wondering if there's anything like that over here?

e30's aren't built to cope with anything bigger than 16s. they're just right. more than that, you're spoiling the geometry setup of the ride. well done..awesome deal! those things in 16s are rare as!

alarm definately went off as it had a glass sensor. windows had a slight tint. i guess passer by just pass through.. yea i said it was quite dumb leaving the detector on the front screen..but i guess it's also a real pain to take it off and on again..oh well.. Insurance will cover some of it i think.

after a fun night out with my cousins..walking back to the car and found his skyline driver window smashed to bits. A flip out lcd head unit was damaged because these moronic creatures couldn't figure how to dismantle it and just pull the screen out of the socket. radar detector, g-force computer and a sub was stolen. damage total at almost 3k! not bad considering they were drinking Corona's while completing the job! thumbs up to the patroling security at Botany!! So beware of where you're parked..we were parked under a lamp pole in eye view of the cock n bull! I reckon once caught, all fingers should be smashed to bits and removed
