    Exhasut Shop

its fine putting 2 1/4 all the way for a manual car, but for an auto? its going to be loud and drowney and not to mention the loss of back pressure, if not done properly.
  4. if you can afford the wear and tear cost and regular maintenance of an e36, then go for it... if not lump it on an e30 and use the excess cash to do it up..

    My e36 323i

nice ride..good drop..not trashy and stupidly low that you cant drive it anywhere.. where did u get your exhaust done?

  12. my dad's e30 which would really be my dream e30.. it scares me everytime i drive it... the 6th e30 on that list..i know the guy. its a totally different car now. he's got a custom wide bodykit with some massive 18 HM 2!
  13. 100k or an audi? try 70+k..same goes for an Alfa.. i'd do the same with a beemer if i had a belt driven one... hope ppl here take note and not go bling-ing out their rides and then worry about the wear n tear when its all nice n shinny.. good mates u got there to give u a hand!

  15. some of the early e36's had the M42 engines..not just the e30iS or e36 coupes..
  16. 5.25 all around do you sit at the back while you drive or do u like your passengers to have better sound? screw the back speakers and get some decent splits/components in the front. its all about front stage now mate..
  17. man that sounds super expensive..must have some speed going through there for something to cost that much damage!
  18. M42 engines do not have a timing belt. they're timing chains

  20. whatever he has there, i think its from a fiat, ain't adequate enough..slam on the brakes and it takes awhile to stop the car.. might be going for an e32 brake booster. but helluva lot of mods needed to get it to fit.
  21. here's one on my dad's e30..
  22. nice ride dude...lots of Is Bits..missing the m42 now.. are you selling beemer parts too?

    Reaction Bushes?

if anybody out there needs wheel bearings or any of the parts i listed, i can get them for half price. 280 in the shops here, can get it for 150. let me know. geting the stuff shipped early next week.
  25. Had my serviced and checked at TM in thurs. Found a few issues like worn reaction bushes, lower ball joints, front wheel bearing and a leaky PS hose. All in all including a service and WOF was going to cost me 1500 bucks! I said wait..let me scout around for prices. I know when i was in Aust, i paid 500 for 2 wheel bearing including fitting. Here's its 280+ GST for one side. Other than that, does anyone know what the hell a reaction bush is? Is it control arm bush?
