I rocked into Team MC yesterday coz i needed two things - bulbs for my dash and a original key - i got the spare. bulbs - 4.70 each..tiny buggers 100 for a normal key imported from germany - 10 days!! 150 for the one with the light. rocked up to repco for the bulbs and it was 1.70. so where you reckon i could get my keys cut? I think the e36 keys are programmed..so can't rock up to any key cutter. aah the simple pleasure of the e30 ownership! ideas? thanks..

my mileage speed bulb area is blown. wanting to change it. i've managed to remove the torx screws out of there and wiggle the cluster out. but i can't figure out how to remove the 3 cables behind there..any ideas? pull it? grip it? cheers

well custom exhaust systems are not cheap...plus being an auto, its an absolutely waste of money in my opinion. i just want that nice M50 note...thought the swapping would be the most cost effective.

didn't want to continue on the for sale thread. thought i'd start a new one. i've got a 323i and its got a single piping through. same engine as a 325i but that has dual piping.. wondering if i could maybe buy the whole system off a wrecker and installed it on to mine? dunt think they'd be much performance gains, just want that bassy note.. ideas? cheers

will be collecting my new car tomorrow. its got a crappy head unit and i want to change it. checked out parallel importers this afternoon at harris st but the buggers there are just ignorant. asked them a question about an Alpine head unit and all he can say was i don't know, haven't read the manual yet! like duh why the hell are u working there in the first place??!! also i haven't got an alarm yet, i've checked out on of the topics about them over here. but still unsure. i've seen some of the mongoose m80's over on trademe gng for quite cheap including installation..wht do you guys think? or should i give warlocks a ring? budget around the 500 mark. dealers wanted to charge me 825 for a meridian unit, i was like no way in hell!!! cheers

well they're in their raw form..so you need to give them a light sand. primed and then painted..black,silver etc is easy to match. cheers

unless you want em stolen, i suggest you drill 2 holes and screw them ontop of your grill.. double sided tape for the e36's..
