You don't a personalised plate- If you go through Plates.co.nz, who I think are rip-off merchants, you can upgrade your current plate for somewhere around $300. If you go through German plates.. About $75. Ryan doesn't have p-plates, hes chopped numbers out. Either that or he likes the number 37 a bit much haha
