that looks about right. search e30tech.com or r3vlimited.com, both have heaps of info it doesnt matter which console you have, both can be made to work. the alu one just looks nicer. go the z3 M one....i wouldnt bother with anything not as short as that
-
saw my first one yesterday too, parked on high st german plate, E60 M5 in black....f**king pimp
-
it depends what you mean by mtech setup as well pre FL M325i's came with bilsteins FL M325i's used Boges and the 'mtech' setup on other cars ive seen is just springs (with m stripes) and nothing else, stock roll bars, shocks depending how much you want to spend, use this opportunity to improve handling.....stock shocks are a waste of money, and still expensive. go aftermarket, bilstein sports or koni SA's are usually the best choice

haven't noticed andy's old bilsteins to squeak.... get bilstein sports.....or koni SA's, both similar price.
-
putting my bigger one in didnt make a big difference, maybe seemed a little more torque and smoother, but otherwise relatively the same
-
have never had these squeak......could easily be something else ireland engineering has bearings that add 1/2 a degree or so of camber. camber plates should be available locally, or else ireland (bmw2002.com) or turnermotorsports.com both have em

i took my first one to Bavarian....they were ok, but seemed to focus on silly little things like missing trim pieces....i spose it was me too being young and stupid. did my other two myself.....most of the stuff you can actually spot is easy to DIY if you know what to look for...the biggest thing is rust....you cant really go ripping up everyones carpet and trim bits easily...sometimes it takes a leap of faith -
anyone would think you're trying to be helpful damian....whats up? what tyres they got on em?
-
show us your m3 install juzzy......ive got mine similar to mikes (not as wide, but takes up most of the width) with the amp on the back, for the track just bolt the amp to the boot floor and take the sub box out...saves fiddling around with wires.

pre facelift or facelift? there a pre FL 318 with mtech 1 kit (thought it was a motorsport for ages, finally had a look) that parks near mt eden rd. there was a facelift white coupe with kit near it too. im often round uni/queen st, but im 4 door and 88 325. saw a mint silver pre FL with decent 17's rockin round khyber pass the other day....it looked really nice. also there a FL black motorsport near mt eden that parks during the day..cant remember the plate, but may be the one you saw... bronzit? wasnt a motorsport colour as far as i know so could be a fake

He is Roy, lives on the coast, a lot of his parts reside at Bavarian motors, never actually got anything off him but seems to be a good dude.....he runs it as a business i think...got a card n everything. prices are fairly decent...better than others i know

why? holdens too common for your exquisite taste?

barrys point road has a good auto electrician, cant remember the name but andrew should remember i personally would machine the mag.....spacers would probably push the wheel out too far, and place more load on the whole assembly, probably causing more often replacement at the very least.

gave it a miss, so anyone else go for it!
-
mine......gimme some contact details, and would need to have a looksie first
