you say your looking for a centre cap, why not just try the dealer? $$??? i dont imagine the wheel manufacturere would be any cheaper, any luck at wreckers, 2nd hand? the e34 ones mentioned before would are v common over here, and i dont see why they wouldnt fit

i got mine from a brake and transmission place up here...cant remember the name, but could find out or get clutches for people that needed them....the brand is LuK, a south african brand. worked well enough for me (could have been stiffer, but gripped fine) funnily enough it was the same type as the old one i took out (car had been owned by two guys who worked at BMW, so cant have been too bad) its funny with a lot of things, the dealer isnt actually that bad, pays to check first

whats the point of having a volt gauge? just discovered my radar has a built in one so pretty stoked...but dont see the value? oil pressure and temp, mainly just for information on when its ok to rev (warm up wise) and if i suddenly lose all coolant....temp gauge on dash would stay same while engine cooked itself

just read your post...a clutch kit is $760?? what is included in the kit? last time i called BMW and asked for a price on pressure plate/clutch disc/throwout bearing it was around $450-500 ish......why is a repco one 360 more?

my clutch cost $256, and works fine cost me nothing to put in, other than the usual stuff go BMW prob did take me a lil longer though

that cheap? how good are they? will def be electric....really really not liking idea of running oil through car... will be aiming to make them stealth as...although at $30 a pop why would people bother nicking em?

i might look at getting some oil pressure and temp gauges....any ideas of where to get em from?

really need pics of the car for cosmetic stuff....but since you got kit smoked indicators/sides/tails arent that $$ ( see OLLIE ad in the FS section).....suspension set up, 40-50mm drop springs and some decent konis/bilsteins wil make ya happy. but making sure its all running sweet and knowing sh*t aint gonna break is good. stilletos look good, but make sure they right offset, as heaps of those sorts of wheels have tendency to look like they way too much inwards cos of the wrong offset.....you prob wont find a sport leather interior, so releathering buckets would be sweet...maybe suede? all depends on how much you want to spend and def black out window chrome...its so ugly, i keep looking at mine and just wanting to do it! and of course the mandatory 325 swap

look very similar to mine only prob could be with being LHD they may not clear the steering rack

OBC prob had the oBC prob on my old car...easy to fix the service lights is prob a buggered SI board...easy fix too, electrical stuff and those parts ya wanted....decided to keep the front m badge, its pretty rooted anyway....i need the centre console bits as my new ones are buggered. not sure what you mean about the manual sunroof bits but take a photo and let me know...also i have the m badge decal for the steering wheel...a fair bit of paint flaked off it but you can have it for nothing...can either pick it up when your in aucks or i can post

they different....i know BBS did make a RS??? which was similiar to a basketweave, but 2 piece....i think the stock ones are made by them, but i dont imagine BBS would still be making them...

how specific would i have to be in knowing what i want done? a little more ignition timing sorta thing...would it not need to be done where it can be tested? how much would an eprom burner be? would be a bit of fun...maybe dangerous fun but its all good

will my Pre FL plug into the FL loom i have? i want my 6800 rpm red line back.... if this doesnt work, i can imagine i can just change the chip?? took it out last nite for a look, can tell brand just says BMW 325i 6800 RPM on it, which is prob all it does. is there anyway to reprogram chips yourself? also im gonna be putting my PRe FL engine into FL, can i presume the wiring loom all plugs in sweet? cheers
