i find show and tell works better than trying to explain such a complicated situation
-

-
why not just use both? i always feel super pimp mainly cos i am vodafone cool cos of weekend txt, and the fact it works over in oz and UK without any additional charges
-
it would probably be a lot easier to just spin the crank shaft from the front of the engine....
-
somes they are...other times they fall from the sky
-
harden up and get a real car if i want comprehensive its 2-3k a year. the price of having a penis. and i will agree with the learn how to spell motion....even if english isn't ya first language you speak it good enough to spell better than if you were in kindy
-
haha and ill have 2 shortly...then back to one
-
if you have money to spend, what i would do would be to get the e30 seats recovered, and also have the foam replaced with something firmer....that would feel awesome..nice time for black suede too
-
looks cool except for mtech 1 front...just looks so narrow compared to the rest of it! would be cool if it wasnt so $$$ m20 gearboxes are virtually indestructable....150k is nothing to worry about
-
hmmm vaders e36 sports seats are good too...not quite as much side support, but back support way better, and so comfy
-
call them g unit..they useless like that they are good....take a lot of squish out of the braking process...really that the best way to describe them....and not any more expensive than a set of stock ones so cant go wrong..on a 15 YO plus car they prob still have the originals in, and rubber doesnt like years
-
brilliant....sounds like fun if i ever get a boss kit for it, ill be pimping
-
the only thing about urethane is that it doesnt twist, whereas rubber does, providing a very low friction suspension join having said that, urethane bushes are great, really stiffen up handling and make it more predictable
-
give it a go its not that hard if you cant doing it take it to a mechanic
-
f**k you sam haha its mine! and really...whats the point in buying a car just for two months? really?
-
well i have inherited a wooden steering wheel...... hahaha anyway i want to get rid of all the varnish, and make it a nice matt finish.....will just sanding work, or do i need a special type of finish to make this happen? so pimp
-
agree with you bout 2 doors...having had both.....but they look heaps better finding an mtech kit is a bitch so would prefer one with it on. wanting a fl mainly because they newer, so less rust, hold value better...and ive had mtech 1....wouldnt mind mtech 2 if i could have one.....i more had a pre FL because of that particular car....so frustrating not knowing though! m30 turbo calypso hmmm
-
i STILL dont know if my car is written off or now, massive PITA but thats beside my point i will most likely look at getting another e30, not much else appeals to me at this point in time.....i considered a lot 5 months ago and not much has changed since then just looking at my options....i will buy old car back, so will have good m20, some parts of body kit (prob wont fit FL though) LSD, sports interior plus bits My options i have thought of are.... i want FL...pre FL non sports not my thing 4 Door Black mtech 2 in wellie http://www.trademe.co.nz/structure/auction...asp?id=27624531 that calypso 4 door SE http://www.trademe.co.nz/structure/auction...asp?id=27237807 pimp..need i say more? http://www.trademe.co.nz/structure/auction...asp?id=27144722 buying this, not worrying about looks too much and save cash or spend on turbo (or other peformance) http://www.trademe.co.nz/structure/auction...asp?id=27390332 just wondering if anyone has any cool suggestions that i havnt thought of yet.....dont really mind 4dr or 2dr...as long as body good and non rusty one thing that holds me back from going all out performace (ala the andy meister) is the fact that it would have no market value (ie unlike a m325i)
-
patches and gum dont do sh*t......there isnt much that helps to be honest just make sure engine mounts are good and engine doesnt come off...thats never cool cutting radiator hoses and more
-
would someone who knows their sh*t be available to have a look on saturday? just in case glenn is busy......the only things i really care about are the body/paint and rust...rust is the main issue cos im basically interested for the body, kit and wheels...thats about it! gimme a PM or email [email protected] and let me know....any help would be great!
