Andrew 30 Report post Posted March 21, 2007 RE entscheidend - on State customer service. They gave me SUCH a hard time insuring a 318i 1984 for 3 k at the beginning of this year i've been so pissed at them. Why on EARTH do they then turn around and insure me on a higher risk car for half the price. God knows. Everytime i speak to them it sounds like an overseas call centre and none speak english well enough. AMI refused me on insurance as I "had to many cars in the past 6 months" - now thats retarded. Haha ... no one speaks english, your right! About 60% of the staff in our Auckland call centre are indian! We dont have kiwis to choose from anymore because the job market in Auckland for call centres is tight, so thats why it seems you are speaking to someone in Bombay... Hard time on insuring your 318? are you wanting to increase the value it is insured for? or are your excesses ridiculous?
