aenima 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2007 (edited) Get either a... Bel RX65, Escort 8500, or Valentine One. Be prepared to pay at least $450 off trademe. Don't waste ya money on the cheap ones. I have a Bel RX65 n never had trouble from the police after 5 years driving. I don't speed around like a maniac or anything at all, its just useful for your long trips when maybe you're creeping up over 100... or entering a 50km zone from the highway. You can use the money youve saved on the detector to pay the fine so your winning already. Then with any luck, a few months without a car will teach you that being able to drive is a privilege and not a right and that the simple solution would be to respect the speed limit.
