Project DHA

It’s been almost 3 years since DHA724 arrived on the scene and following an empty of the wallet and a days cleaning it still scrubs up ok. Up until recently not much had changed apart from new Bilsteins and H & R’s all round (it was actually terrifying before ah Andy  ) and a new M Tech 2 wheel.

Having ground to a stop with the mod’s and finishing touches for a while I’ve decided to get stuck in and finish it off. So the plan is a remap care of Gavin at High Velocity next week followed by new headers and then assess the power from there. I do like the weaves but want 16s so Alpinas or ACs or similar? open to suggestions. Then the interior retrim with sport evo fronts

Will stick up pics as it comes together

Looks really tidy! I really like the steering wheel, brand new it looks so good.

BBS RS or Riley's ACS 16"s would look great.

Guest Simon*

Look at you posting up a project ;)

Good stuff! Are you on your holiday yet?

It really is a nice looking (and sounding) little car. Hope Gavin squeezes plenty more out of it for you

Sheepskin covers would have been more styley Doug

Hey Doug, looking really good, better to see it out in the open rather than stuck beside the shed aye ;)

Remap is now complete just awaiting the arrival of the headers, Turns out there was a bit of work to do pre remap and as a result DHA now has a new engine wiring loom got a full service etc. Anyway the result is great, Gavin has managed an increase of 15rwhp sorted out the idle and the missing (short in wiring loom). Needless to say its a much better drive and now cant wait for the headers.

Will post Dyno graphs up once complete
