cainchapman 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2008 Sage advice Simon. I agree with the higher education. Don't go and do a qualification for the sake of it. "Do a job you love, never work a day in your life". We didn't stay too long. Thanks for coming out (although it appears Doug is already out). Great to put faces to Greg and yourself. Always humbling to sit next to the MASSIVE Doug. Good to see a bit of Ponsonby infiltrating the Hawkes Bay lifestyle.

M325is 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2008 I wasn't aloud to go and work for a year, my parents strictly said if I wanting to exit highschool at age 16 I have to go to Uni. I don't think they thought a 16 year old could get in. I didn't think uni was cruisy at all, it was very competitive. Although I did like the 4hours a day 4 days a week schedule, it let me go ride my horse in the avos. No loan for me thankfully as my parents covered it. I was in the green/black e30 touring.
Five Star 0 Report post Posted May 23, 2008 If you think you'll get a degree by putting in 4 hours a day, 4 days a week you're wrong. Or a commerce student
zenetti 0 Report post Posted May 23, 2008 If you think you'll get a degree by putting in 4 hours a day, 4 days a week you're wrong. Or a commerce student I would also add BA (Bachelor of Arts, or bugger all as we used to call it) to that list

Or a commerce student Sorry I meant 4hours of actually being at uni per day. I would spend most evenings on assignments. Also for whoever asked I wasn't pulling into Howick college, I'm not too sure where that even is, lol. Does my car have a look alike? Signage and all? Oh okay, I just got a glance and your the only person in the area I know of with a M325i and would wave at a BimmerSport stickered car.
