lounit 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2009 (edited) hey guys thought id put sum picks up of my ride, currently been pulled off the road for panel and paint also to keep the boys in blue happy as it also needs a little work for cert. eg new brake set up, cars to noise (need more than one muffler) lowering and wat not. motor thats in its just for the short test drive to work out kinks and learning curves as they happin in building sumthing like this. have quite a severe 378 stroker already to go in it running masive custom solid cam (franklen cams) big block valves, ported and pollished buy marton from west auckland engine reco, short piend crank 4ma 351 machined to take 350 chev conrods bullet h beam tipe, acl 377 stroker dome top pistions, clevite 77 nascar race bearings and chromoly rings, procomp gillmore, procomp ign system, procomp roller rockers custom oil pick up, edelbrock intake, feed buy a holley 650 double pumper carb all backed buy a c4 trans shift kitted with 3500 stall eather you can like it or hate it cos its sooo much fun to drive.. lounit 0 Report post Posted July 1, 2009 (edited) hey guys thanks for the comments car is now stripped bare...getting ready for paint. roll cage is all bent up just gota get the time away from my studys to weld it in. paint all mixed up looks flippn sick carnt wait till i get to flick it on.. body is mint. no rust in sills, sunroof usual places, bar the front doors, easy fix but would perfer to buy new doors. lounit 0 Report post Posted July 1, 2009 haha itd prob run rings around me.. im depends how radical of a cage you wont. any thing beyond the b pillar requires a lvv card and the works to drive it on the street. i have some plans for a half cage like mine if you were willing to go that way? ill have to show you next time i see you. lounit 0 Report post Posted July 2, 2009 (edited) got my new genuine m-spec bumper mocked up and new 19s the other night wheels are 5x114.3 stud pattern so will prob just spinn up some adaptors for it. couldnt help but see wot they were gona look like, soo whilst being horsed as from a day of drinking (uni holidays) i mocked them up and just lowed the car down on the jack to get the right affect. gota photo on the camera phone, not a wicked clear photo but youd get the idea of it.
